A question for those who are the most knowledgeable about the occult: Can Prince Seere be invoked not only through rituals, but also using a vessel or amulet bearing his symbol or his own seal?

While researching, I came across Prince Seere and his energy really caught my attention. I would love to make a petition to him, but since I have zero experience, I have no idea how to start.
