Going to Costa Rica first 2 weeks of August . Trying to pack as little as possible and thus us my first time . Would appreciate suggestions. Do I need to wear long pants because of mosquitos ? Also heard it is rainy season so considering buying a packable rain jacket . Do I also need to take a compact umbrella? Also should I just pack short sleeves and tanks or will I need long sleeves ! Thinking if 2-pairs of utility pants 1 pair of leggings and one lounge isn’t I can also sleep in . Too much ?

Hi. I am trying to decide between kids or adult size for the Houdini jacket . I am 5 feet 120 lbs and have 28 inch waist . I sometimes have an issue with kids things as they are too tight across my stomach . But I am wondering if kids is shorter in length and arms ? The website didn’t say kids length . Booked a few nights at Casa del Suizo in Alajuela and want to plan some things to do like wildlife sanctuaries and nature things . Not sporty so not looking for extreme sports just sightseeing and nature. Any suggestions? Also don’t know if I want to stay in that one spot the whole time. Would really like to experience some kind of jungle resort and just have quiet . Looking to keep it under 60 a night but could do more . Ideally want a nature experience but need access to vegan food . Also looking for quiet not a party scene

Hi Can anyone recommend an area in Mexico . I am looking for quiet and nature. Ideally a free standing place . Don’t want to be in an apartment . I don’t want a party scene or city feel .
