Solution for half-cutting printed labels manually, without cricut, silhouette etc

So I'm trying to save the company a bit of money by printing and cutting warning labels from the office. I got the go-ahead to buy a laser printer which works great but the actual half-cutting is giving me a migraine. I print 40 - 200 labels per sheet depending on which product it's designed for and while it's do-able with a steel rule, craft knife, and hand control, I don't want to dedicate half my work day to cutting. I really just need something on the extreme budget end of the spectrum that can make a half-cut (or even perforation) in one swift movement. I've looked at rotary trimmers, wheel cutters etc but I can't find one that allows you to control the depth of the blade. Any advice?

Last two nights I've heard things being pushed off my desk, curtains pulled down, weird scratches on my ankles... This morning I took this. Thoughts?

What can I do to help someone with IPF

My mother, 70, was recently diagnosed, doctors have said she's stage 4. She went from walking 4km and sea swimming every day to having to take a break half way up the stairs to her bedroom. She is STUBBORN, won't go on the waiting list for transplant (doesn't want to deprive someone younger), won't get on oxygen (undignified), won't get home help ("doesn't need it", she lives alone). I was able to talk her into getting a smartwatch so that she'll anyways be able to make a call, and a pulse oximeter. Waiting lists for respiratory physio are absurd ATM. I just feel like it's a losing battle with this disease, and don't know what I can materially do to help her out on the strictly health related side of things. If anyone can share any advice or resources which you've come across I would really appreciate it :)

Yesterday my brand new Yamaha Revstar RSS20 arrived. Beautiful guitar. Lovely fretwork. Gorgeous finish. 5 minutes of un-amplified noodling told me that the neck is super comfortable and smooth. So I plug it in. No output. Different amp, different lead, nothing. Check the wiring, all looks good, jack is in good shape with no issues. I write an email to Yamaha, and speed my new guitar off to the nearest tech. He takes it into the back and 5 seconds later I hear amplified strumming. He comes out and says "probably just a bad lead, but also the volume knob was turned the whole way down so it might have been that" and I immediately pack it up while saying "YES YES THE LEAD THAT LEAD HAS GIVEN ME PROBLEMS THAT MUST HAVE BEEN IT GOODBYE".

TLDR I AM VERY STUPID
