Found Luisa at goodwill and thought she’d made a good Rose Quartz base. However, one of her hands is a bit chewed and different vinyl/material than her arms. Any way to fill in or restore her hand?

A friend of mine in town sold me her today! Question for y’all: have you successfully removed the gowns from the Princess of the World Collection? I love it, and want to figure out how Mattel made it and I was surprised the gown was sewn on. I’ll add snaps of course.
I used superglue, which is okay but took some of the foil off. Is E6000 better?
