Some questions about karaoke (at a bar)

Last time I was at a bar it was doing a karaoke thing, looked appealing to me. Unfortunately I got stage fright and didn't do it. But i definitely want to now because i regret not doing it!!

Question 1) How much effort is considered annoying/arrogant? I really love the idea of dancing, putting effort in hitting the vocal notes and pitches. I really wanna give it my all if I try it. But... I also read that "people who try too hard are a little annoying" online more than once, and when I watched people on the stage at the bar I went to, all of them seemed to hold back a little energy. Maybe it's because they're drunk and reading the text, though

  1. here's some songs I want to do. Just want to know if they're common and most people probably heard them already:

Breaking the Law by Judas Priest

Electric Eye by Judas Priest

Rainbow in the Dark by Dio

Walking on the Sun by Smash Mouth

Strutter by Kiss

I'm Blue (Da Ba Dee Da Ba Doo)

I lost some footnotes today...

Sometimes when I have a slow day at work, I'll start daydreaming about my book and find any scrap of paper to write any ideas on. Usually it's literally just some small slip of paper because proper post-it notes or notepads aren't on hand there.

Well, I brought it home with me after work, set it on my counter. The next day I got ready to run to the cafe, shoved the small slip of paper full of a dozen ideas into my pocket, shoved my wallet in right after, and went about my day.

Stopped to get gas on the way, then I stopped to eat somewhere, walked around a mall for an hour. I took my wallet out in all three places. Finally got to the cafe, reached in my pocket... as you probably guessed, the note was gone.

Ah well... I did manage to remember most of what I had on there and typed them out. I might've forgot a couple, but that's alright.

I wonder what some stranger might think when they find a thin, blue work note about Part Numbers and Location Numbers and on the back of it it's scribbled notes about the behavior and motives of demons, and chapter details, and characterization edits.

Let's imagine Breaking Bad went on for a few more seasons, but became comically worse in quality as they went on, just like GoT and The Walking Dead, etc. -- Share any and all ideas!

Season 5 ends, not with Walter dying or Jesse driving off in the El Camino. No, instead, when Jesse and Walter are looking at each other at the end, Walt says "Wanna cook?"

Jesse runs his fingers through his hair like he was about to rip it out. "You can't be serious. You still want to cook? After all that?"

"The cartel's taken care of, Gus's crew is taken care of, Lydia, the Nazis, who's going to stand in our way now? Some petty street dealers? We're untouchable." Walter says calmly.

Jesse thinks about it for a moment. "You know, Mr. White? You might be Mr. Right." Jesse's frown turns into a twisted smile and he rubs his hands together. "Let's go make some mon-ay!"

Walter laughs. "I knew you still had it in you!"

They both dash into the El Camino.

As soon as they're in the see the blue and red lights in the distance, hear the sirens. "Jesse! Cops!"

"Better buckle your seat belt, Mr. White!" Jesse reverses the car into proper position.

"Jesse! I don't have a seatbelt!"

"Hang on!" Jesse floors the El Camino through the gate.

Walter and Jesse together, "Ahhh!!!"

Jesse drives the El Camino straight in the direction of the oncoming cops. Walter insists that he's insane, that this will never work, but Jesse shifts it into the final gear, hits 110 MPH, and drifts around one cop car, then another, and then a third, even a forth, like they're mere traffic cones in Driver's Ed.

He drifts a bend and floors it straight down the dirt road. They speed past a green sign they didn't get a chance to read. They don't know where they're going, and they don't know why. Listen to your heart, before, you tell him goodbyeeee

Walt and Jesse returning in: Breaking Bad Season 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

Do the photons containing the image of the first star still exist out there somewhere in the universe?

I'm thinking of how, we can see Beetlegeuse how it was about 650~ years ago because that's how many light years away it is from us, and there's no way we could ever see it how it was 700~ years ago because the photons 'carrying' that image have passed by Earth 50 years ago, and you can't travel faster than light to get ahead of them. Someone else, 50 light years in that direction, will see them though.

So, let's consider one of the earliest images of the universe. Maybe the birth of the first star. Do the photons/its image go on forever, according to modern scientific understanding?

Doing cable row and lat pull downs, I don't grip the bar, I just wrap my four fingers around the bar like a hook. This way it engages my back and less of my biceps.

Just thought I'd throw this out there for anyone who needs it.

Don't forget to train your grip though. I do dead hangs to make up for it, and my grip also gets trained doing RDLs and other exercises where grip is required

Maybe this is common sense, but it's something I myself recently learned. Sorry if I'm dumb for the late realization.

It isn't always about increasing rep count, that isn't the primary focus. The primary focus goes: increase weight > focus on doing it with more ease > THEN increase reps > focus on doing that rep range with more ease > then increase weight.

Because let's face it, there's a moment between weight increase and rep increase that you do that new weight for say 5-10 reps, but it was difficult and form, while not improper, was a struggle to hold. You know what I mean? Focus on making that form easier to maintain, and weight/rep easier to do.
