Feedback on my Cloudflare-first stack

Hi everyone,

I'm moving almost my entire SaaS infrastructure onto Cloudflare.

Current setup:

  • Cloudflare Pages
  • Cloudflare Workers
  • Turso
  • WorkOS
  • Resend

The goal is to build a production-ready application while keeping costs at zero during the validation phase.

For people already using Cloudflare in production:

  • What limitations should I know about?
  • Anything that becomes painful at scale?
  • Would you change anything in this architecture?

Anyone here running Next.js without Vercel?

I'm curious how many people are successfully running Next.js outside of the Vercel ecosystem.

I recently moved my project to:

  • Cloudflare Pages
  • Cloudflare Workers

while replacing Supabase with Turso and WorkOS.

For those who have done something similar:

  • Any compatibility issues?
  • Any performance differences?
  • Would you go back to Vercel?

I'd love to hear your experience.

Infrastructure decision for a bootstrapped startup

Hi everyone,

I'm building a bootstrapped EdTech startup and recently decided to redesign my infrastructure.

Originally I was using:

  • Supabase
  • Vercel

Now I'm using:

  • Turso
  • WorkOS
  • Resend
  • Cloudflare Pages
  • Cloudflare Workers

The objective is to keep infrastructure costs at $0 until the business starts generating revenue, while avoiding painful migrations later.

I'd love feedback from founders and technical teams.

  • Is this a smart long-term decision?
  • Would you have stayed with Supabase and Vercel?
  • What risks am I underestimating?

Thanks in advance.

Did I make the right decision moving away from Supabase + Vercel?

I'm building a bootstrapped EdTech SaaS and I'm trying to keep my infrastructure at $0 for as long as possible.

Originally my stack was:

  • Supabase
  • Vercel

I recently switched to:

  • Turso (8 GB free database, no credit card)
  • WorkOS (authentication)
  • Resend (3,000 emails/month free, no physical address required)
  • Cloudflare Pages (hosting)
  • Cloudflare Workers (Edge API)

The main reason was to avoid running into free-tier limits too quickly while keeping the stack simple and scalable.

I'm still in the early stages (beta), but I expect the user base to grow if things go well.

For people who've built SaaS products:

  • Would you have made the same choice?
  • Are there any hidden downsides with this stack?
  • Is there anything you'd replace before I go further?
  • Would you stick with Supabase + Vercel instead?

I'm especially interested in feedback from people who have actually scaled on these services.

Thanks!

* IA

* recherche de formations

* outils d'écriture

* conseils d'orientation

Looking for beta testers for an AI education platform.

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for people willing to test StudiumNet before the official launch.

It's an AI-powered platform that helps students:

  • explore schools
  • compare programs
  • improve CVs
  • review motivation letters
  • get orientation advice

The beta currently focuses on the French education system, but the long-term goal is international.

I'm mainly looking for honest feedback:

  • bugs
  • confusing UX
  • missing features
  • first impressions

Would you build an education startup in 2026?

I've been wondering whether education is still an attractive market for startups.

I'm currently building StudiumNet, an AI-powered platform for students.

The beta is focused on France today, but I hope to expand internationally in the future.

I'm curious:

  • Would you enter the education market?
  • What are the biggest challenges?
  • What usually kills education startups?

After months of work, my student platform is finally in beta.

Finally reached a milestone I wasn't sure I'd get to.

My project, StudiumNet, is now live in beta.

It combines:

  • AI
  • education search
  • writing tools
  • orientation guidance

I'd really appreciate honest feedback from builders.

What's the first thing you'd improve?

If you were launching a SaaS today, which hosting provider would you choose and why?

I'm building an AI-powered student platform and I'm getting close to launch. Current stack: Next.js Supabase Stripe Python automations running through GitHub Actions AI APIs I'm trying to decide what hosting provider makes the most sense as the project grows. My priorities are: reliability good performance easy deployments reasonable pricing as traffic scales minimal DevOps overhead I'm launching in France first, but the long-term goal is to expand internationally. If you were starting a SaaS from scratch today, what would you choose and why? I'd also love to hear if there are any providers you'd avoid after bad experiences. man tu peux mettre tt les subreddit sur lequel je peux mettre ca

I'm building an AI-powered platform to help students choose the right studies.

Too many students choose a degree with incomplete information and regret it later.

I'm building StudiumNet, an AI-powered platform designed to make educational orientation simpler.

Current features:

  • AI orientation quiz
  • Program comparison
  • Career guidance
  • School & degree database
  • Personalized recommendations

The beta is currently focused on the French higher education system because it's easier to validate locally, but the long-term vision is to expand internationally and help students everywhere make better education decisions.

If you'd like early access and help shape the product:

What feature would make this genuinely useful instead of "just another AI wrapper"?

17–18 yo building edtech MVP, need validation

I’m building a student orientation platform while still in school.

Goal:
help students avoid bad study decisions early.

Features:

  • quiz-based orientation
  • program comparison
  • career mapping

Beta live: https://studiumnet.vercel.app/

France first, then scaling internationally.

Looking for feedback + early users.

EdTech MVP, am I solving a real problem or just overbuilding?

Building an edtech product for students choosing their studies.

Core idea:

  • centralize orientation data
  • simplify decision-making
  • reduce bad academic choices

France is the first market (Parcoursup complexity), but long-term plan is global scaling.

Be honest: problem worth solving or not?

Question sérieuse : vous décidez comment vos études ?

  • quiz d’orientation
  • fiches métiers / écoles
  • plan de parcours possible selon ton profil

Beta ouverte ici : https://studiumnet.vercel.app/

Formulaire testeurs : https://forms.gle/LMqXMyMZ2LG5fQCH6

I built this while still in high school, it might be useless or actually useful, I need real feedback

I’ve been building StudiumNet for the last months.

It’s a student decision platform powered by AI + real education data.

What it does:

  • helps choose studies
  • compares schools/programs
  • gives structured info instead of scattered research
  • suggests options based on profile

Right now it covers France (50k programs / 10k schools).

I genuinely don’t know if it’s good or not yet, that’s why I’m posting it here.

Beta access:

And if you want to be a beta tester:

https://forms.gle/MqJ1QMBwfn8ZF4a66

If you’re a student or remember being one, I’d really value your honest opinion.

17–18 y/o building an EdTech startup, need feedback from other young builders

I’m a student building StudiumNet, a platform to help other students choose their studies after high school.

It’s basically:

  • school & program search engine
  • admission + Parcoursup data
  • AI tools to guide decisions
  • freemium model

I’m still early, but I’m trying to turn it into something real, not just a “student project”.

Right now I’m mainly looking for:

  • honest feedback from other young founders
  • what you’d improve first (product, marketing, UX, etc.)
  • how you’d validate something like this fast

Long-term goal is to scale it beyond France; international student market.

Building a student decision platform in France, looking for honest founder feedback

Hey everyone,

I'm a high school student from France and I've spent the last several months building StudiumNet, a platform designed to help students make better higher-education decisions.

The problem I noticed is that many students choose universities, majors, or schools based on incomplete information, rankings, or random advice from social media.

Instead of only showing listings, we're trying to build a more structured decision-support platform with:

  • 10,000+ schools
  • 50,000+ programs
  • AI-powered search and guidance
  • comparison tools
  • personalized recommendations
  • dashboards to help students explore their options

We're currently in beta and gathering feedback before a larger launch.

One thing I'm struggling with is positioning:

Should we focus primarily on being an AI education assistant, or position ourselves as a data-driven platform for educational decisions that happens to use AI?

I feel like many founders today are building AI wrappers, and I'm trying to avoid that perception.

I'd genuinely appreciate feedback from founders who have dealt with positioning challenges:

  • What would make this concept more compelling?
  • What would you question immediately if you saw this startup?
  • Does the problem feel large enough to build a company around?

Website: https://studiumnet.vercel.app/

Happy to answer any questions and share lessons learned from building this as a student founder. 🚀
