I’m moving from New England / Northeast . I’ll be based out of Baltimore / DC for work . What towns / cities are best for single women over 50 for socializing ? What cities / towns have a decent Hispanic Caribbean community ie Puerto Rican , Dominican ? Towns no less that 30-50 minutes from Baltimore / DC
