Finally got my hands on an old cross Victorinox!
A 1989 Victorinox Soldier DAK, Dutch Army Knife. I’ve always loved these old military Victorinox knives, so I’m really happy to finally own one.
Now that I’ve bought this one, I think I slowly have to admit that I’m becoming a collector… 😂
First things first though. Time to give this old soldier a proper clean and put a fresh edge on it!

I only recently started getting into Stoicism. A friend of mine recommended The Daily Stoic to me. I started reading it about two months ago, and I read one page every day. I’m really enjoying it so far.

A few years of military use, field exercises, and plenty of abuse, and the MUT has never let me down. It’s still my favorite military multi-tool. This is actually my second MUT after I lost the first one, but I liked it enough to buy another. I also swapped the original Leatherman pouch for a Savotta multitool pouch because the Leatherman pouch was a bit too light for my camo setup, while the Scavotta blends in much better. What are your experiences with the MUT?
