Dear Reddit: Please give us the option to disable medical ads
When I get fixated, it can debilitate me for months at a time. Day in, day out, hour after hour, unable to think about anything else. And unfortunately, I’m ridiculously easy to induce into that kind of thought pattern.
So many ads on this website star with phrases like, “Do you experience…” “Are you protected against…” Phrases which probab don’t effect most people but can send my mind into an endless loop of wondering if I’m about to find out I’ve been diagnosed with some dread disease.
Please, give us the option to disable that type of ad.

Pulled pork on… The Franken Pit!
this is a cooking firepit, which by a happy accident can accommodate the upper section of a weber smokey mountain. It’s not the most efficient way to use wood, and rock solid temp control is out the window. But I think it ended up tasting better just because I was both pleasantly exhausted and stress free by the time was finished!
just build a fire, wait for coals, shovel them under the barrel, rinse and repeat!
