



Im in my mid 30's and I have been lifting for years. I have only been lifting for a year consistently and working on my nutrition. My arms are currently 18 inches with 7.75 inches wrists and 225 lbs. My goal is 20 inch arms naturally. Is this attainable? Id like my BF% be closer to 15%. Thanks.

Hello all, I have a question. I searched tge group but I didn't find this question. I wanted to order a PUD but they only have medium size available. Based on the websites size chart I would be a XL. How important is the sizing? Is it mostly for the weight difference? TIA
