San Martin "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" full-lume dial, SN0057G, NH35A movement.
I haven't worn this one in a while, so I thought I'd brush the dust off and give it some wrist time. The full-lume dial is really nice in the dark!
Although this one isn't the "lumiest" watch I have, it still lasts all night and is easily legible if I wake up.

This was my Father’s Day present, and I’m loving it! I’ve got two other Islanders and this solidifies their high-quality build for me.
Am I missing a feature here? Out of the blue, this create new desktop popup keeps coming up on both my displays and it seems completely random. As in, I'm only moving my cursor either a) around the screen while windows are present, or b) anywhere near the taskbar. I have the "peek" option turned off and I cannot figure out why this is popping up all of the time now.

This finally arrived yesterday and I sized it and set it up today. So far, I'm loving it. If I had one wish, it's that the diameter was bigger; it is 40mm, but it just seems a lot smaller than other 40mm watches I have. With my old eyes, I definitely need my readers to see the detail!
All in all, though, it's another great watch from Marc and the team.
Just wondering if anybody else's gears quit working after the patch? I haven't changed anything with my build or equipment, but now the Volcanic Eruption gear on my gloves won't proc at all.
