I was viewing my lease and it said the rent is $740.00, but none of the fees on the list of rooms is 740. My room assignment says single so I thought it would be $680.00, but since it's not, does anyone know what room I have?
To clarify, I live in Laird Hall on the Mac Campus
I have some things that I need to have shipped to the dorms because I currently live outside Canada and I don't know the address that I need to put in. I also will be getting my Canadian passport before move-in and will need the address for that as well. Do I need to have the stuff sent to the P.O. box? Do I need to include my room number in the address?
I was looking at other posts and figure it's normal but what happens if you actually make it to the other side of the island?

Hello everyone—to start out, I will say that I am NOT a very techy person, so forgive me if this comes off as a little stupid.
I've had my xbox360 (series s, if that helps) for probably 14 or so years. Recently, we haven't really used it much unless we were going to watch movies. Today my little brother (who is better with this stuff than I am) updated the console and tried to play Terraria. The game froze and so he turned the console off and back on Now, all of our accounts are deleted and it says we can't create a new one or download an old one unless we connect a memory unit or USB storage device. I should mention that the accounts were up and available right before the console was updated.
What do we need to do? Do we need to buy something, or is there a way to fix it? We haven't played on ut in about 2 years but it's the only thing we have Terraria on.
I've identified as trans (ftm) for 6 years, and only my cousin, online friends, and a select few irl friends know. I'm moving off to college in August and I want it to be a new start—in order for me to do that, I have to come out to my mom. Every time I think about it, a pit of dread/anxiety opens in my gut.
My mom is by no means a bigot—quite the opposite, in fact. She's a proud supporter of the community, but I feel like she holds me to a different standard. When I told her I thought I was bi several years ago, she brushed me off and told me I was just confusing platonic feelings for romantic feelings.
I'm not really scared of being kicked out, because I'm one of the lucky ones and she's not like that, but I am afraid she won't take me seriously. I've prepared a whole speech to read out to her, in hopes that she really listens.
I guess the advice I'm asking for is this:
what kind of questions should I expect?
how can I make myself less anxious?
edit: I should also add that I was the only daughter of my mom's 4 kids, and she had always wanted a daughter, so that contributes to my fear

For the entire month of June, I'll have a $10 discount on ref sheets! Artfight user will have to be provided and characters must already be uploaded for the discount to apply.

My prices are flexible, within reason. If you think your character is simple enough to warrant a price drop, I will decide whether or not to allow the negotiation.
Artist Rights:
I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.
Refunds may be issued under my discrection.
Payment is required half up-front and half after the commission is complete.
All payments will have to be completed through PayPal or CashApp.
If a commission is cancelled after the sketching process or during the coloring/shading, I reserve the right to retain partial payment due to work already put in.
I will use any commissions as advertisements for my commissions.
I am allowed to apply additional fees with the client's knowledge if characters are especially complex.
My watermark will remain on the work and is not allowed to be removed by the client for any reason.
Client Rights:
Clients are allowed to use any art created for them by me to advertise their characters online or in person as long as the watermark remains intact.
Clients may ask for flexibility in pricing if their character is simple enough.
Clients may ask for an update on the commission at any time and I will respond at my earliest availability.
Clients may ask for changes to be made during the sketching process, but any changes made after that will cost them an addition fee (usually only a few dollars—price may go up with how far along the process is)
Rules:
I do not do any extreme NSFW, but I can do suggestive poses and soft/erect and/or closed/open genitalia for an additional $5 fee.
I do not do any highly-extreme gore. I can draw blood and bones, but things such as organs are off the table.
