I've noticed this thing is extremely particular about every little thing, the casting control knob has been a pain in the ass in particular. It's either too tight and won't release the line at all, or it's too loose and messes up the line with knots and birds nests. Even with extremely delicate turning of the knob I can't find a middleground where it doesn't do one of those things, I've put a new kind of line on it and attached the proper weights to the line yet it's still doing it.

Any ideas here from anyone whose had one of these?

Just recently took over a town for the first time in a campaign aaaaand.... just a notification telling me i had taken the town, nothing else.

I remember there was a very brief period where the town would flood with enemies in a battle over it, both air support and enemies from the roads. It would actually be difficult, it gave a really good sense of urban combat, and looting the vehicles after the battle could give an advantage going further.

And then they apparently removed it, just show up to the town and within the same frame of killing an enemy it defects to the rebels. I mean i guess it's easier, but it's not as fun.

Attempting to make a mob that essentially is a "wandering guard", will wander freely but several times a day will locate a specific block and move back to it, in this case a custom block called the "Guard Post". No idea how to go about this unfortunately, anyone able to help me out?

Look I get that we're supposed to be the untrained rebels and they're professional soldiers but I also know two things: Standard Military Forces are horrible at fighting guerilla warfare as shown by the U.S and Russia numerous times, and A soldier isn't going to clip a headshot on an insurgent 300 meters away up a mountain half concealed by rocks on the first shot he takes, nonetheless they do this almost exclusively in antistasi.

I swear it wasnt always this bad but I started a new save recently and im barely even getting anything done because any gunfights with the AI are ending in their victory within five or ten shots impossibly fired with pinpoint accuracy regardless of distance. A pretty important way actual insurgents and guerillas get victories is through sniping, but you cant do that if the AI is guaranteed a oneshot within the first few shots of their mag AND they instantly know exactly where you are the second you start firing, or before you even shoot.

I don't have anything enabled other than antistasi so it shouldnt be this fucken difficult

So I started a new game recently and it did this really weird thing where the new save file had a bunch of the old data still on it, so like i already owned the storage facility and the bungalow right from the start, they were fully staffed with all the people I hired in the last save and fully furnished with all the stuff i placed in it too.

Basically, can i delete the savegame data at the file level to prevent this from happening again?
