Last one was ACE. Dakota pretty much showed every boot anyone asked to see.
So a few days ago I did a deep clean on my boots and then set out to rewax them this is the result which I'm pretty happy with. Pics1-6 end result Pics 7-9 midway Pics 10-14 after the scrub! Pic 15 products used
Step by step
1 saddle soap and scrub brush let them dry
2 light coat of VSC hairdryer to melt then when dry a light coat of VLB hairdryer to melt then let dry and light brushing
3 2 more coats of VSC and one of VLB hairdryer after each
4 I added a light coat of Saphir medalle for a bit more of a shine but that's just a personal preference completely not needed.
TLDR

VSC heat
Brush!

Is this a Cobalt Appaloosa belt?? I know they sell a navy but I'm not so arsed about that. I have asked about a cobalt belt with white stitching but unfortunately u/Grain-and-Twill has been unreceptive to my pleas due to sizing return issues. I have a Nicks belt I use every day so there would be no possibility of return. . Blue belt white stitching. Let me buy one!!!!
My son recently moved into his dorm and took his shoes so I removed a shelf and now can have all my boots on the "no longer a shoe" boot rack! Plus I have room for 2 more pairs ,CRC in production and Greener Pastures in the queue.

Decided yesterday that I was going to rewax my Cinnamon waxed flesh boots. Can't really rush this part so today I started with a light coat of VSC, then used a hairdryer for about 10 minutes each boot and left them to dry. 4 hours or so later I used some VLB and did a second coat, hairdryer again and left them to dry. Gave them a light brushing and will add another coat or two tomorrow. Not too bad so far, but also not great!
First, in my defense, I have been working nights so might not be making the best decisions. My Nicks Cinnamon waxed flesh had become extremely dirty and usually I clean them right when I get home but had to move my son into his dorm so I took them off in the garage....... A week ago!
So today I just thought I'll give them a good scrubbing and it appears I was overly aggressive. It's not a total disaster as I kind of like how they look now. So should I scrub them entirely and go with cinnamon rough out or so I use my half gallon of VSC and try to re wax them? Option 3 marketplace and somebody else has a decision.

Has anybody seen a saffron boot? It's not my jam, but I bet a bunch of Nicks fans ordered this leather. The Domepro was updated to show out of boots in the other 3 leathers. Do you have one of the Bayou Saffron yet? I know I ask a lot about all things Nicks related, but I don't mind rabble rousing!

Finally after much procrastinating I wore them to work. In my defense they were extremely boardy so took a little longer to be "work ready"
The DS Meadow is currently a great looking shade of green and I'm looking forward to how it changes, after 45 min in they had warmed up nicely and were extremely comfortable for the whole shift.
