I bought a pasta extruder attachment for my kitchenaid, and have dialed it in pretty well, and want to use it to make noodles for pasta salad now! I have all fresh veggies from the farmers market/garden as well.

In the spirit of 'homemade' does anyone have a good vinaigrette recommendation to go with it? I have not experimented much with dressings lately, so could use a good starting point + any other tips in general for a good pasta salad. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone seen any options for the tool only? I am highly interested in upgrading from the 22" but do not need batteries.
