I am in complete awe of Monsta X: Concert review.

I attended Monsta X's concert in VA last night. I'd like to preface by stating that I watched their debut show stream live on Youtube back in 2014. I have attended every U.S concert that they have held since 2017, Jingle Ball, and their U.S side promotional activities.

After over ten years as a group, I was stunned by them last night. I should be used to their performances by now, but the energy that they pour into their performances is truly incredible.

The member's fervent passion for performing shined brightly. From start to finish, the show was electric with non-stop, high energy, and interactive performances. Monsta X is a group that truly lacks nothing. Their lives vocals were immaculate and they didn't rely on a backtrack when singing.

What I love about them is the fact that their love for monbebe is sincere. They also keep their promises.

If you have a chance, please go see them perform in person. I can say without a doubt that you will utterly not be dissiapointed.

I went to see Omega X in DC!! The concert was sublime!!

I was in Washington D.C this week for work, and decided to go to Omega's X's concert. I had purchased my ticket ahead of time, not knowing much about the group. I've only heard a few of their songs. If you have a chance to go see them in person, please do. I left the venue as a new fan!!!!

Their concert was honestly one of the best that I've ever been too. Even though the stage was small, it was elevated so everyone could see the members clearly. They put on a SHOW. From start to finish, the member's energy never ceased to diminish. Hit after hit, I found myself enjoying every song. They were so excited to be there. The group's chemistry also felt palpable. They would talk to one another during the show and make cute little gestures. Sebin even took my phone to record a video. I had the best time of my life after having to present back to back in front of a crowd. I can't wait until they return to the states!!

Barefoot at the Nat's game last night?

I want to know what you would do in this sitiation. Last night at the game, I found myself in a bit of a predicament. The family behind me were basically screaming while having a conversation that could have been held with a normal tone of voice. That was annoying, but the worst was this guy next to me having his barefeet out. He placed his feet on the empty seat in front of me, and kept hacking and coughing too. Imagine a guy with his legs up, fert out, and invading yout personal space. That's how it was. I have never seen someone just chilling barefooted at a nats game. He was so comfortable too lol. I ended up moving to another seat. Some people just do not know how to act in public.

Lolla Midway

What did everyone think of the midway mini carnival? As someone who has over 30,000 game points from Dave & Busters, give me a few carnival games and I'm all set. I do wish there were more games, but the funnel cake and fried oreoes were delicious and made uo for the lack of games. I also was NOT expecting the ferris wheel to be that high, let alone free. I rode it at night when there was such a beautiful view of the Chicago skyline.

I want to smell like the beach. What are some of your favorite summertime fragrances?

I love going to the beach and the smell of the salty air. The beach is my healing place. I would like to smell like it because I haven't been able to make it down to the sea this Summer. Does anyone have any recommendations for a beachy fragrance? I also do not mind notes of coconuts and tropical fruits.

First Time at a Banana Ball Game Experience

I recently attended the Coconuts vs The Party Animals in Lakewood, NJ this past Saturday. I drove up from Maryland to attend the game. One of my main objectives was to meet the players, so I ensured to be there before the pre-party plaza opened. The players came out and did a little dance when it was time for the plaza to open. I thought that was such a cool touch, and a super fun way to get the day's activities started.

The players that I met were so sweet! My favorite interactions were from Dalton Mauldin, Ashby Vining, Endy Morales, Riyan Rodriguez, and the Coconuts host, CJ Kirwan. I had met Dalton randomly last year at the Under Armour headquarters last year, and became a fan after. Stream his music btw.

As for the game, I feel as though there was SO much going on simultaneously. It was hard to focus sometimes with everything going on. I get overstimulated easily due to having ADHD, and felt as if the show was organized choas in the best way. The game would be just a tad bit more enjoyable if there was a smidgen less of activities going on throughout the game. I also loathed the segment where fans were asked to stick their fingers up their noses, and then eat their boogies. That was gross.

Overall, I would attend another game and maybe bring friends instead of going solo as a 31 year old female. The players and staff truly make the experience worth it. I am sure the players must have been exhausted after the game, and yet they stayed to sign autographs and take pictures. Fun experience.

Neighbor dumping water on my balcony.

My upstairs neighbor has been dumping water on my balcony. Yesterday, I noticed that she was watering her plants. I don't mind the water, but her plant drippings are ruining and staining my patio furniture. I also have fake grass on my balcony, and excessive amounts of water can cause mold issues. I went out to on the balcony to speak to her, and asked politely if she could stop dumping the water. She responded, "Stop complaining. I have been out here for fifteen minutes, and you just had to comr out here. No one in our building wants to hear your complaining". She was frankly quite rude, and I was polite. When I arrived home later that evening, I noticed plant dirt was dumped all over my white patio furniture. A petty move indeed.

My other neighbors have a restraining order against her because of other issues. Recently, she has also been caught spraying an unknown substance in the common area hallways. As a condo owner, my HOA is useless and refuses ti get involved with owner issues. There have been multiple complaints over the years against this family. I am tired, fed up, and have had enough of their nonsense.

It costs $0.00 to be a decent human being. I suppose that price is far too expensive for them. If the HOA will not get involved, what are my next options? I am planning to sell within the next two years. This upcoming August will make two years that I have owned the condo. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am 31, and my mom passed away three years ago. She was the sweetest and most precious person I've ever had the honor of loving. For those of you who have also lost your mom's, I am sending you love and light. I know this week in particular is especially difficult. Please remember to get some fresh air, scream if you need to, do hobbies you love, and remember that she will live on in your beautiful hearts forever.

I recently joined a running club in my area. I've noticed that when I go to group running meet-ups, no one speaks to me when I walk up. Everyone just stares at me, which becomes awkward. I'm always the first to break the ice. For reference, the group is predominantly white, with myself and only about two other black people in the club.

Yesterday, a situation occurred which was extremely disconcerting. The group was having a raffle where they would give away a free upcoming race bib to one winner. This was set to occur after the race. I took longer on the course than usual because I got lost for a bit, but found my way back to the finish. The raffle had already taken place by the time I finished. When I asked about it, one woman said, "We didn't know there was someone still someone on the course". I feel like they knew, especially since my friend who decided to join me on the run that day couldn't finish, so he decided to stay back and wait for me. So unfortunate.

I messaged the membership coordinator about the situation. She was a bit apologetic, and then later asked me for ideas on how to make the club more diverse. 🙄🥴

I'm thinking that maybe I should start looking for a more welcoming run club.
