Four species of aliens recovered from crashed UFOs according to CIA scientist... here's what they look like

Regarding the 4 types of aliens, I think the following video provides a better interpretation about what this all means:

What If They're Not Aliens, What If They're Hackers?

Moreover, I also believe that our apparent two-sidedness already implies a portal that can permit passage for the emotionally balanced pilot (said "hackers") that seeks passage, see my video: The Balance Implied by Two-sidedness: Take 2

Incidentally, the science of two-sidedness is on a firm foundation, see: ai.viXra.org open archive of AI assisted e-prints, Stephen P. Smith

UFO disclosure likely carries an ontological shock that is probably necessary for our evolution and emotional growth. Carl Jung understood that trauma is necessary for emotional depth and clarity, trained into us as a survival mechanism. Note that everything in life is transactional, life feeds on life, and thus suffering is a natural part of being. Because life is perishable, sacrifice calls for compensation.  Stories of being “taken,” “examined,” or “probed” — whether in dreams, myths, or popular narratives — can be understood as expressions of how unfamiliar or vulnerable the deeper layers of embodiment can feel. What appears frightening in symbolic form often points toward a part of us asking for attention, grounding, and integration. To reach and unlock those deeper layers requires trauma and sacrifice, what Jung calls shadow work. We are at a point in our evolution where the price of trauma must be paid.
