Lightsaber pitch

I just started playing the game again and chose to do New Journey +, and while I was customising my lightsaber colours at the workbench, I discovered something fun :

The blade's hum is tuned to either F (blue, purple, cyan, indingo, orange and white) or F# (green, yellow, magenta). Magenta also has a weird effect on it, like 2 detuned oscillators and more high end.

But then when you choose a red lightsaber, it's tuned to E (maybe even a low E, close to a D#). It's the only one that has a lower pitch

I think it's interesting that the only dark side colour for your saber has a lower pitch, it's such a subtle change but someone thought about it and made that decision !

Playing not to win ?

So I've spent probably over 1500 hours on this game on PS4 and now PS5, with pretty much all the extensions. I still feel like I don't really know what I'm doing, but I've learned quite a bit from here, and still am

I just had a random question come to me : do any of you start games where you're not looking to win at the end ? Like just creating your empire, maybe RPing, but you don't care about the outcome ? Just along for the ride ? I'm curious if anyone has decided to do that at some point, instead of min maxing and being super strategic

(Also I read a post about someone who said to start a game with no other empires, only pre-FTL societies, and just explore the galaxy, that sounds like a fun idea for a change)
