You should be able to pause games for a fee , everyone else in the same match besides you will get the money

You have the option to pause any multiplayer game for a fee, say, 3$ per minute per player in the same match as you, that means you can pay 297$ per minute if you're playing a battle royale game (assuming 99 other players) and they will receive the money split up

Maybe add a fee for the platform too

Building a MMORPG simulator in C?

For context, I consider myself as a mid-beginner level in C and perhaps on programming in general, and I have the idea of building an MMORPG simulator, as in simulated economies, environments, player interactions and the like

Will this be a too ambitious project for someone like me? Right now I'm currently thinking of how do I model certain types of player behaviours, on other languages you can probably use classes and the like but I'm not exactly sure if structs are enough in this case.

Has discord finally started notifying it's users if an app makes you join a discord server?

Curious to see if this is just being rolled out gradually or if it's a full feature now

Modded/custom skins

What does SBI think of custom skins like those you can use "legitimately" in League of Legends? (The only example I can really think of yet so far that's a competitive game). It would be pretty nice if they would allow us to skin some parts of the game visually, from a competitive standpoint it should be fine as it's just visuals and it can be client-side only, meaning other players can't see it.

What do you guys also think?

How do you guys level "unfeasible" solo weapons?

You know the ones where the E is either just solo target or doesn't grant heals which just makes the weapon feel shit to play on PvE solo on camps/green chests, how do you level those?

Get ALL keyboard input from Linux?

I'm currently making a program where when a key is pressed on any window or screen, a specific action happens, right now I am reading from /dev/input/event with open() but the problem is

  1. It only reads from a very specific device
  2. It doesn't read from all "keyboards" that I have (I have a laptop keyboard and a wired keyboard) and
  3. Sometimes the main keyboard that I use will just switch up it's number and I have to recompile the thing again

Is there a way to just conveniently get all keyboard input without all this hassle?

Vmlinuz not found on a custom entry

I'm trying to set up a custom grub entry and for some reason it can't find Vmlinuz itself, I already double checked the file name and it's correct although I'm quite unsure about the pathing and may have incorrectly set `set root=` or whatever it was to the incorrect partition, any tips?

So for inputs, I concluded that's why the packages to be installed in AND to lock on a specific version should be written. But for outputs I actually have no clue, looking at three NixOS configurations that are on GitHub right now they are all entirely different with only one thing that I notice in common which is something related to "system"

So, what exactly do I put in outputs? Let's assume I just want to install this repo and nothing more

Probably was made by a vehicle of some sort (most likely a truck), maybe around a kilometer away from where I was. I heard the sound while I was walking on the sidewalk
