[HIRING] Outreach Specialist / Client Acquisition — Commission-Based | Remote

Hey everyone,

We're Clipra Media, a video editing agency working with creators and brands to scale their content through retention-focused editing.

We're looking for an Outreach Specialist to join our growth team on a commission basis.

What you'd do:
• Find and qualify potential clients across Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Discord, and job boards
• Send personalized outreach messages to creators, brands, and agencies looking for video editors
• Book discovery calls between qualified leads and our founder
• Maintain a pipeline of warm prospects and follow up consistently

What we're looking for:
• You understand the creator economy and know where editors get hired
• You can write personalized, non-spammy outreach that gets replies
• You're comfortable with cold DMs, emails, and forum posting
• You have basic knowledge of video editing terminology (long-form, Shorts, retention, motion graphics, etc.)
• You're self-motivated and track your own numbers

How we pay:
• 10% commission on the first month's revenue from every client you bring in
• Example: You land a $2,500/month retainer → you earn $250
• Bonus: $100 for every client who renews for a 3rd month
• No cap. The more you close, the more you earn.

What we provide:
• Outreach templates and messaging frameworks
• Access to our portfolio, case studies, and pricing sheets
• Direct line to our founder for call support and closing help
• Weekly check-ins to review pipeline and optimize approach

This is for you if:
• You want uncapped earning potential based on results
• You enjoy the hunt of finding and winning new business
• You understand that commission work rewards consistency

Not for you if:
• You need a guaranteed hourly wage upfront
• You send copy-paste spam and hope something sticks
• You disappear for days without updating the pipeline

To apply, send me a DM with:

  1. A brief note on your outreach experience (even informal)
  2. One example of a cold message you've sent that got a reply
  3. Your timezone and availability
  4. The word "HUNTER" so I know you read this

We're building a small, sharp team — not hiring 50 people and hoping some stick.

— Leo, Founder @ Clipra Media

[HIRING] Skilled Short-Form & Long-Form Video Editors — Remote | 80/20 Split | Consistent Work

Hey everyone,

We're **Clipra Media**, a video editing agency working with creators and brands to scale their content. We're growing and looking for editors who understand retention, not just how to cut clips together.

**What we work on:**

• YouTube long-form (documentary, gaming, talking-head, educational)
• Shorts, Reels, TikTok (high-retention, fast-paced)
• Podcasts, VSLs, brand ads, faceless content
• Motion graphics, animated captions, sound design

**What we're looking for:**

• You understand pacing and storytelling — not just trimming dead air
• Clean motion graphics, subtitles, and text animation
• Audio cleanup and sound design that adds value
• You can match a reference style
• Reliable turnaround and good communication

**How we work:**

When a client comes in, we send the brief to our editor team. The client picks the editor whose style fits best. We match projects to people — we don't force mismatched work.

**Payment:**

80/20 split — **80% to you, 20% to the agency.** No hidden fees.

**This is for you if:**

• You want consistent, long-term work instead of chasing one-off gigs
• You take feedback well and care about the final product

**Not for you if:**

• You only know basic cuts and auto-captions
• You miss deadlines or disappear mid-project

**To apply, send me a DM with:**

  1. Your portfolio or reel
  2. 2–3 of your best edits
  3. What software you use
  4. Your WhatsApp number or best way to reach you
  5. Your timezone
  6. Include the word **"CLIPRA"** in your message so I know you read this

We're building a small, reliable team — not hiring 50 people and hoping some stick. If this sounds like a fit, drop me a message.

[Hiring] Looking for skilled short-form & long-form video editors (Remote)

Hey everyone,

I'm currently growing Clipra Media, a video editing agency, and we're looking to bring on a few more editors.

We're not looking for people who only know how to cut clips together. Most of our work is retention-focused, so we're after editors who understand pacing, storytelling, sound design, and know how to make videos engaging.

Most of the projects are YouTube videos, but we also work on Shorts, Reels, podcasts, talking-head videos, and similar content.

If you can confidently do things like:

- Keep the pacing interesting without overediting

- Use B-roll naturally

- Add clean motion graphics and subtitles

- Make audio sound polished

- Match a reference style

...we'd like to talk.

How we work is pretty simple. When a client comes in, we send the brief to our editor team. The client chooses the edit they like most, and that editor takes on the project. We don't force every editor to work on every client—we try to match projects with the people whose style fits best.

Payment is split 80/20 (80% to the editor, 20% to the agency).

If you're interested, send me:

- Your portfolio

- A couple of your best edits

- What software you edit in

- Your WhatsApp number (or another way to contact you)

We're trying to build a small team of people we can keep working with, not just hire someone for one project.

If that sounds like something you'd be interested in, send me a DM.

[For Hire] Clipra Media – Professional Short & Long-Form Video Editing Agency

Hi everyone!

We're **Clipra Media**, a video editing agency that helps creators, businesses, and brands turn raw footage into engaging content that keeps viewers watching.

We specialize in both **short-form** content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and **long-form** content (YouTube videos, podcasts, documentaries, interviews, educational videos, and more).

What makes us different?

Instead of assigning every project to one editor, we work with a team of professional editors with different editing styles and strengths.

When you work with us, we first learn about your content, goals, and preferred editing style. We then match your project with the editor who best fits your niche and creative vision. This allows us to deliver edits that feel natural to your brand rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

What we can help with:

* Long-form YouTube videos * Podcasts * Talking-head content * Documentaries * Educational videos * TikTok, Reels & Shorts * Motion graphics * Subtitles & captions * Sound design * Color correction * Thumbnail design (if needed)

Why work with an agency?

* Dedicated project management * Professional communication * Fast turnaround times * A team of specialized editors instead of relying on one freelancer * Scalable editing as your content grows

Whether you need a single edit or ongoing content support, we'd love to help.

If you're looking for a reliable editing partner, feel free to send us a DM. We'd be happy to share our portfolio, discuss your project, and see if we're a good fit.

Looking forward to connecting!

Is there any website or someone who can give videos for editing(raw),to be edited for a protfolio.

And ofc there will be someone that will say do work for free, there is no one to do work for free, everyone wants to pay these days feels like.

If someone can give advice about that it would be good.

Hey everyone,

We’re a small, newly started video editing agency based in Macedonia, and right now we’re looking for a few people to work with.

Since we’re just getting started and building our portfolio, we’re offering free video editing in exchange for permission to showcase the work.

We mainly focus on:

  • Short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Hook-based editing styles
  • Clean, modern edits tailored to your niche

Just to be transparent — we’re still amateurs, but we’re putting serious effort into improving fast and delivering solid results.

If you’re a content creator, business, or someone who needs videos edited, feel free to DM me or comment below. We’d love to work with you.

Thanks 🙌
