[Hiring] Looking for skilled short-form & long-form video editors (Remote)
Hey everyone,
I'm currently growing Clipra Media, a video editing agency, and we're looking to bring on a few more editors.
We're not looking for people who only know how to cut clips together. Most of our work is retention-focused, so we're after editors who understand pacing, storytelling, sound design, and know how to make videos engaging.
Most of the projects are YouTube videos, but we also work on Shorts, Reels, podcasts, talking-head videos, and similar content.
If you can confidently do things like:
- Keep the pacing interesting without overediting
- Use B-roll naturally
- Add clean motion graphics and subtitles
- Make audio sound polished
- Match a reference style
...we'd like to talk.
How we work is pretty simple. When a client comes in, we send the brief to our editor team. The client chooses the edit they like most, and that editor takes on the project. We don't force every editor to work on every client—we try to match projects with the people whose style fits best.
Payment is split 80/20 (80% to the editor, 20% to the agency).
If you're interested, send me:
- Your portfolio
- A couple of your best edits
- What software you edit in
- Your WhatsApp number (or another way to contact you)
We're trying to build a small team of people we can keep working with, not just hire someone for one project.
If that sounds like something you'd be interested in, send me a DM.
