am I the only one? I love TLDP but I really only like maybe 2 songs by Florence.

Diagnosed at age 45, but ever since I was young, I mean like 10 years old, I was always weaker than most boys in my grade. I could never do as many pull ups, push ups and ran the mile VERY slow (25 minutes) due to burning legs and being out of breath.

I always felt there was something wrong with me at a core level. Could this have been MG all along?

what is this song about? particulary the line:

"Don't take your clothes off when you're famous / What sort of thing is that to say to a child?"

has any of the band ever confirmed its meaning?

I just heard an interview where Grimes was a big influence on the band, but I don't hear it at all. Does anyone?

Also I am surprised because I really do not like Grimes's music at all, but I LOVE TLDP! Anyone else feel that way?

In most states if a waiter or waitress does not make enough in tips to meet the state's minimum wage, the restaurant has to cover that gap to the employee. So now that we have established that, and we all acknowledge BOTH are hard jobs (physically and mentally)..... why do we feel compelled to tip our waiters and waitresses but not the staff at McDonalds?

I would love for Symfonium to read and group the albums by the ALBUM TYPE tag so I can group CD singles, EPs and other types of releases from main albums.

I have a 2023 Outlander SE and the AC logic is driving me crazy in this heat.

If I use the upper/lower split setting to cool my legs, the center dash vents completely stop blowing. Only the far-left and far-right side vents work.

I hate having to choose between freezing my face (upper vents only) or getting zero airflow from the center dash just to cool my legs.

Anyone else notice this? Any workarounds to get good airflow to both your legs and the center dash?

Right now the sort is only by YEAR, and not FULL DATE (YYYY-MM-DD). This is sometimes a problem for artists who released 2 albums in the same year and it will put the 2nd album in front of the 1st album from that year.

Would be amazing if it can read and sort by entire full date.

Wow! Just Wow!

I never heard of this band until last week when I was in a Starbucks with a friend and this amazing guitar riff similar to "Do I Wanna Know" by Arctic Monkeys spiked my ears. I was instantly removed from whatever I was doing and tuned into that song playing which I could barely hear, but I knew it was something amazing.

I immediately had my Google Music app identify the song, and I am thankful I did. I must have listened to this song 20-30 times in the past week or so since I heard it.

for me it is a perfect 10/10 song. The writing is superb, the chords/melody in the chorus tug at my heartstrings in such a way. Her voice, the instrumentation, the unique and very interesting arrangement of the song always keeps you guessing.

The song gives me frisson (chills/goosebumps) by how it hits me. It's simply amazing.

I haven't checked out anything else yet because of lack of time, but this weekend I plan on listening to both albums. I really hope I am not let down. There are so many times you hear one great track by a band and then nothing else hits you.

I will report back here soon! Hopefully I love the experience and then I will buy tickets for one of their NY shows this upcoming February!
