A lot of people seem to use both, but for different reasons. Some rely on LH strips to predict ovulation. Others prefer looking at temperature patterns over an entire cycle. If you've tried both, which one gives you more confidence? or do they work best together?
When I first started TTC, I thought tracking my period/ovulation would be enough. Then I learned about BBT, OPKs, cervical mucus, wearables, and so many other methods. It started to feel a bit overwhelming. what are you actually using to track your fertility? Do you stick to one method or combine a few? Has your approach changed over time?

Guys, I will sit for counselling in Jnu for the Mca course.
As I'm an appearing student, I haven't received my last semester scorecard yet and without the final semester marksheet I cannot receive a migration certificate. So my question is how would i proceed with the counselling without having a Migration certificate? I would most probably get my marksheet in the end of june.
