Damn, people really don't like Strikers in MD

Are they really that bad compared to the other decks in the higher tiers?

Well, this is unfortunate...

Just got the new figma Akane from the mail today. Opened it up, and...one of the back pieces for her big ribbon was broken right out of the box. Already contacted GSC for a replacement and I'll try to glue this back on if possible. But just spreading awareness and hope no one else has this QC issue I had.

Okay but seriously, why are there some people coming here being like this?

Like, this is a subreddit dedicated to a ship. Why are you here if you're just saying "they should be friends!" or "they're not a good couple since Jean SA'd Peter and MJ!"

Do you think we don't know those criticisms already? We still want to ship them regardless for other reasons (that AREN'T racist related, btw).

We're really just Public Enemy No. 1, huh?

I've looked through other subreddits and sites and yeah, some people really don't like the fact we're shipping PeterxJean or liking the fanart.

People here saying Toa Tahu can win because he's got a lot of books and I'm like:

No offense to Bionicle fans of course, but are we seriously treating Kai like he's some flaming spinning brick with no hax?

Hot take: I don't mind the fact they don't explain why the combatants are fighting in some episodes

Probably not a popular opinion, but I genuinely don't think it's that much of a loss if they just show us the fight immediately without going through the buildup first. You have some of them have it be explained in the middle of the fight (BakuReze, GruMind, PrimeSentry), but it's really not a big deal for me.

I mean people say they're aren't any fights now that have explanations, but the ones I mentioned do and they just didn't show why at the start, and then there's Ichisuke, CellMetal, and YujiDenji which do show us why they're fighting. This was the only one with little explanation besides MAYBE Paimon eluding to a treasure chest they wanted to open?

But it's not enough to make it a reason for me to not like the episode. Though that's just my opinion, of course. They probably could make a feasible scenario for them fighting, but I prefer we use that time for the fight itself. Hopefully saying that doesn't offend someone who likes the story of these battles.

Android: Reddit won't let me post any comments with images attached to it - version 2026.27.0

Been using my phone and anytime I try to upload comments with images attached, Reddit keeps taking them down. Is there any particular reason why?

So I got nothing to add for Sentry vs Superboy Prime that hasn't already been said, so uh...Here's Solid Snake vs Sam Fisher

Side note: I miss the days when Death Battles were this long. I know things changed, but man, I feel it'll be hard to ever top this if Snake ever comes back for another episode.

Do people hate web-shooters now?

So, I watched a YouTube vid of someone reacting to the new Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer, and they said they liked the organic webs more due to it making Spider-Man more unique.

They said to share our opinions about it in the comments, I did and said I find the web-shooters cooler since they show off how smart Peter is and the different types of webbing you can make with the web-shooters.

Then all of a sudden some other guy replies to me and goes on a rant saying Peter can't be smart because "everyone is already smart" and "Peter is supposed to be relatable, him being smart enough to make those ruins his reliability".

Ignoring the fact he was always this smart in the comics and it's him handling the struggles and issues of his life is what makes him relatable.

Then they say if he has web-shooters, then Spider-Man can't really be Spider-Man he could have just been bitten by a radioactive cat and get the same powers. He loses what makes him "special" since he doesn't have organic webs.

Like, what?

Did something happen when I wasn't looking? There's no way that's the general opinion of Spider-Man's web-shooters, right?

For people saying "DB hates my favorite character!" "DB did them dirty!" I can assure you, it could have been A LOT worse

For Yuji/Ichigo fans saying their GOATs were treated badly or slandered in their episodes, at least they weren't called a slur and their whole personality, arsenal, and achievements completely undermined and demeaned, along with Wiz and Boomstick saying they ain't winning or hope they didn't win.

My first ever 1/4 scale figure: Senran Kagura - Asuka - B-style - 1/4 - Japanese Bunny Ver. (FREEing)

She's really pretty and I love her design and how detailed it is. She's also my first Senran Kagura figure too. Might look into getting more in the future.

Fun Fact about Superboy Prime: He's read Marvel Comics before.

This is how he feels about what happened to Peter Parker and Mary Jane's relationship.
