I noticed a strange spot on my forearm and wonder if it could be skin cancer?

This spot is very slightly raised—like a plateau—and feels like a small pimple against the fingertip. There is a fairly similar spot on my abdomen. The spot on my abdomen is roundish or oval, measuring just 3 mm from top to bottom and 5 mm from left to right. However, the spot on my forearm is more circular, with a diameter of 3 mm. I did not, however, notice any discoloration in either the spot on the abdomen or the one on the forearm.
