What to look for in an audio interface?

I’m in guitar center right now. I know everything I need to get for recording except audio interface. So before I buy one, what features should I look for? What interfaces should I avoid? I’m hoping to spend less than 200 on one, but I may be willing to spend more if it’s worth it. Help me out

I need help achieving that full/clear sound.

Before you guys yell at me, IVE TRIED. I looked everywhere and did so much research and just can’t get a common answer. I’m a jammy guy and I’ve noticed every jam band has this crystal clear and crispy sound that I just can’t seem to replicate. Like a fullness to their sound as to where my sound is always slightly muddy no matter how much I tweak my stuff. I have a line 6 catalyst digital amp. Regarding pedals I run a compressor, eq, 3 drivers and a wah. I bought the eq in hopes of solving my problem and it helped a little but not much. So my question is, is there a type of pedal that will solve this problem? Is it time to upgrade to a tube amp? Please let me know. Thanks

Analyze this dream, I’m very confused

i ran into my ex girlfriend and spoke to her. i told her i miss her and she said the same about me (i already have another girlfriend in real life). we were walking around and talking for a while before i told her i cant do this because i already have a girlfriend. she was highly upset and i walked away. she found me later and stabbed me in the stomach. i asked a group of friends to take me to the hospital and they all laughed at me. i called 911 and woke up before the ambulance arrived. The whole dream lasted about an hour which is rare. I also rarely ever dream at all since I started smoking.

Room to dance at MSG?

Seeing goose tonight. Will be my first ever MSG show, and I’m worried I won’t have room to dance (we have seats). Anywhere that I can dance and not make my neighbors uncomfortable? Also gonna sneak in a few doobs but I don’t think that will be hard. Still, any tips are appreciated on security.

Fluid buildup in pelvis?

I (20M) Went to hospital a few days ago on a referral for left side abdominal pain and they found a hernia. The discharge papers noted concern of “fluid buildup in right pelvis”. I didn’t think anything of it. However, I woke up this morning with a 6/10 pain in the right side of pelvis that comes and goes. I have a vacation today and am concerned of having a medical emergency while there. Obviously gonna go tell my doc but in the meantime, what do yall think could be going on? Will the pain pass?

Recurring Lower left abdominal pain

I (20M) have been experiencing moderate abdominal pain on and off over the past 5 days or so. Some of the days there was no pain, the other days I would get pain on and off throughout the day. Feels like a bubble inflating in my abdomen when it happens. I worry about kidney stones. Gonna go to doctor if it persists but wanna hear what yall have to say.

Letter classes?

I’ve already scoured this subreddit for an answer and couldn’t find one. I’m practicing intervals on a website. And ive realized that whenever an interval starts on a black key I never know what to call it. For example I’ll get C# to F and I know it could also be D flat to F. So how do I know if that’s letter class C or D? Does it depend on if it’s ascending or descending? Am I supposed to always use as few letter classes as possible? What am I missing?

Ok so I’m gonna try a 30 watt iron, I know that 40-60 watts is recommended but my workplace sells a 30w one for cheap and all the reviews on it are good. I can always return it if it doesn’t work well. But I don’t know if I should get the thick solder or the thin stuff. Thick is like 3 times the price of the thin but someone told me to go thick. Thoughts?

I’m replacing my output jack today and I’m gonna go buy soldering stuff. I’ve never soldered anything and was wondering if I needed a whole kit with the station or a cheap soldering iron would do the job. Also if a regular cheap iron is good enough, what’s the wattage that I should strive for?

I have an electric drum kit and know my way around it. Im gonna get into recording songs into the very near future and the only other thing I really need to be able to do that is a real kit. I don’t want a cheap starter nor do I want a crazy expensive pro kit. If I want a good one that I can record songs with, is $1000 a reasonable price or will I need to spend a little more to get that good feel/quality?
