Need a "Graveyard" Category

I honestly don't know how many shows I've watched that were recommended by Netflix that were cancelled after a season or two. They need a graveyard category to show aallll the shows they've scrapped. They also just need to be scrapped themselves, horrible business model.

Anyone know of a site that has a list of all the shows they've scrapped prematurely?

Upgrade Offer help

It's 13 hr flight from states to Auckland. Any insight on what would be worth it? Or what would actually win it?

Edit: I bid $555. Still much cheaper than buying up-front. I already have the economy stretch so I'll be happy either way.

Is this toilet flange too high?

There is about 1/4" gap between the finished floor and the bottom of the toilet flange.

Do I need to cut it and replace it?

3D print a ring to shim it?

Need Help in Pirates and Traders

I cannot figure out trading. I try following the port wealth but the prices don't seem to vary much at all. I can get lucky with rumors and strike a deal but I still end up broke if I try to pay the crew.

What am I missing/doing wrong?

2.5t Trane xl15c vs 3t Bosch idp premium

I need help deciding on which of these to get. Package unit on ground level.

Yuma, AZ, 120 heat, blowing sand. 1250 sq ft house. Mediocre insulation. Effectively 0 shade.

I've been doing research and I'm leaning a direction but want more input from others. The Trane is 2 stage so I'm not liking the idea of that in 3t. The Bosch is variable speed so I have 0 worries about freezing coils or pressure. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Looking at cost of unit/install, allegedly 3t is only slightly more after rebates/tax breaks...??

Operational costs of running it?

Reliability and cost of repairs? This one is a big one since Yuma has a habit of destroying things between the heat and sand.

Overall comfort feel?

I had a variable speed Trane before and loved it but that house had the split system. Which is why I'm having difficulty deciding. Would love a variable speed, know very little about Bosch in terms of ac units (great variable speed routers though! lol), know I trust Trane but don't have variable speed in package units.

Thank you in advance

Steps To Ensure You Get Your Package

  1. File claim with merchant and the delivery service (i.e. OnTrac) describing the issue.

Example: OnTrac claims they were unable to deliver my package on their website. There is 0 evidence on my cameras of this. No communication was sent to me about it, any issues, or any updates on if/when they will attempt again.

Do so with OnTrac through multiple avenues;

Sms support at 703-348-8441

205-855-5110

Online webcustomerservice@ontrac.com

Cargoclaims@ontrac.com

  1. Submit formal Complaint to State Attorney General

This you will need to look up, but for AZ.. 602-542-5763. consumerinfo@azag.gov. Also on their website, search "attorney general consumer complaint" in search engine and it should pop up.

  1. File Publice BBB Case

Select "Delivery Issues" as complaint type.

  1. Hope enough of us do this that they'll either get their sh*t together or no longer plague us.

PLEASE Do Not Use OnTrac

On the off chance anyone from Bambu reads these. For the love of F***ing sanity stop using OnTrac for delivery. They are absoulute deceiving trash.

I can't get ahold of them for 3 days since they've claimed attempted delivery. No reason why. No updates. Edit for further clarification on lividness. I have multiple cameras that show 0 evidence on attempted anything. * I've contacted BambuLab and they're chasing it down apparently.

We live in AZ so my expectation is that I'm gonna receive defective filament. Me being a pessimist but also not far-fetched with OnTrac

When To Buy Filament

I'm brand new to 3d printing, x2d in the cart and looking at filament. They currently have the bulk sale for up to 35% off, $14.94 with spool, $12.99 refill.. I've learned the anniversary sale is this month. Is the anniversary sale typically/consistently better?

X2D first time buyer. what all to buy?

Help a newbie here, please.

Buying X2D Combo. Wondering what I should buy with it. Going down the rabbit hole with research, might as well try asking in here.

Going to be making boardgame terrain and bits, woodworking jigs/templates, stuff for outside and the truck. Basically need all the filaments. Lol. I realize I'm in for a steep learning curve, should be interesting.

My current list:

Combo with ams

Filament Track Switch

Engineering Plate

Cool Plate SuperTack Pro

(Another?) Textured Pei Plate

Hardened Steel Standard 0.2, 0.6, 0.8

Tungsten 0.6

Mag-Alloy Scraper

Anything else I should get? Anything on the list not worth it? Or a 3rd party option?

If you're up for venturing into what exact filament I should get, then please feel free. Lol. I've been checking out their filament guide but user experience is always nice.

Thanks in advance.

Has Anyone Needed ASA Filament?

I'm about to buy a printer but I'm stuck between a cheaper/larger Bambu A2L (330mm) open frame that can only handle PLA and PETG and an enclosed X2D, smaller (250mm), that can handle it all.

I mostly do chainsaw milling, then slab surfacing with some simple(r) tables and boards but have been branching out to where I'd love to print out whatever jig/template I want. Likely won't make anything for the milling unless there's something revolutionary out there.

I think my answer rests on whether or not I need higher grade filament

This a real sale price?

I haven't looked at prices in years and wanting a resin printer. I'm between Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra (picture), Anycubic Mono M7 (maybe?), and Ender Mage.

  1. is that a legit sale price for the Saturn? Too many inflated prices to make sales look good when they're like $5 off what they usually are. Lol

  2. Any model better at reliable hands-off kinda function? Self-level etc. I juggle wood working and this so I'm hoping to limit time spent on getting everything set

Pecan Slab BF Price?

Looking for pricing on Pecan slabs per bf. Have a few milled and started surfacing. Pricing seems widely vary. I'm in the desert southwest.

They were seating well and dropping flat. Now they won't without more assistance than feels comfortable.

I've checked/cleaned the tracks. Floor is within tolerance, but is close to limit.

Would tapping the long edge shift the whole floor enough that it's no longer straight and cause this?

Not going further til I figure it out.

Looking to upgrade from my Bosch 2.25hp. It's been doing well but I can hear the strain. We only have hardwoods (Mesquite, etc) so I'm sure it's a matter of time til it's had enough.

Looking mostly at the Makita 3.25hp, RP2301FC. Anyone have experience with it??

If not that one then maybe Milwaukee 3.5hp?

My friend got the Triton and that company has apparently fallen off.
