Do you guys take care....
Of your skin at 50s?
I'm 40 and planning for the future. The last few years I've focused on health and also just maintaining appearance. I think if your chasing looking 25 at 50 then you will be miserable your full life. A better approach is too look a good 50 year old.
All through my 30s I was working in an outdoor very stressful job. Our winters here (UK) seriously take a toll on your appearance. I noticed after a couple years that my face aged dramatically. I also noticed the guys who had been their 20+ years looked so weathered and beaten. Their bodies were also a mess ie herniated discs. Joint issues etc. They basically just lived on painkillers everyday.
I stopped that job. I'm more than happy to take a pay cut to maintain my health. I know some people don't see it this way but it's my body.
I started incorporating skin care. My partner is great for all of this and loves doing it lol.
Do you guys take an approach to also keep your skin as good as you possibly can? I have a few friends who say it's 'gay' and only women wear face creams. I completely disagree. I don't fancy looking like a ballsack at 50. My friends already look rough from smoking and booze. I don't touch any of these thankfully.
Just interested if any of you do?
