19F, need to start content creation for money — what niche would you pick in my place?

I’m 19F and I’m seriously thinking of trying content creation because I’ve been looking for freelance work for a while and I’m not getting anything. I really need money right now, so I’m considering putting proper effort into content instead of just treating it like a random hobby.

I already know the reality — tons of people start, very few make decent money, and it’s not some easy “post reels and get rich” thing. That’s exactly why I’m asking here instead of blindly starting.

A few things about me in case it helps with niche suggestions:

I can sing decently

I can draw

I’m pretty good at explaining/teaching things

but please don’t suggest tuition/tutoring as the solution, that’s not really possible for me right now

So I’m confused whether I should try building around singing/music content, art/drawing content, teaching/explainer content, or some mix of these.

Things I’d really like honest advice on:

If your main goal was income, what niche would you choose from these?

Is it smarter to pick one niche or combine 2 somehow?

What kind of videos would you make as a beginner — talking videos, voiceovers, tutorials, covers, drawing videos, explainer content, etc?

Is music/singing content too hard to monetize unless you already have a strong audience?

Would drawing or teaching/explainer content be more practical if the goal is money?

Does faceless content still work, or do I have to fully show my face?

Can semi-private content work too (voiceover, partial face, cap, hands-only, etc)?

If you were starting from scratch at 19 with zero audience and actual pressure to earn, what roadmap would you follow for the first 3–6 months?

What would you focus on first for monetization: brand deals, UGC, affiliate, YouTube, digital products, content services, etc?

How much does camera quality matter in the beginning? I don’t have an iPhone / amazing camera, so I’m worried about that too.

Basically I’m not asking “how do I become famous.”

I’m asking: if you were in my position and needed to make content creation into an income source as strategically as possible, what would you do?

Would really appreciate practical advice from people who’ve actually done content creation / UGC / monetization instead of generic motivation 😭

Thanks you

**Urgenttt!!** What are the absolute must-do steps for a good JEE rank?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently in Class 12 and seriously preparing for JEE. There’s so much advice online that it gets confusing sometimes.

If you had to list the most important steps that every JEE aspirant should follow to get a good rank, what would they be?

Things like:

What are the absolute must-do steps for a good percentile?

Which teachers should I follow for Physics, Chemistry, and Maths?

What lectures/batches are worth following?

Which coaching modules should I solve (PW, Allen, Resonance, Competishun, etc.)?

How important are NCERT, PYQs, and mock tests?

What revision strategy worked for you?

What mistakes should I avoid?

Basically, if you could go back and start your prep again, what would be your roadmap?

Would really appreciate advice from people who scored well or have already gone through the JEE journey. Thanks! 🙏❤️

**Urgenntt!!** Free JEE Batch/Resources Possible?

Hi everyone,

I'm a Class 12 CBSE student from a lower middle-class family. I want to prepare seriously for JEE, but I can't afford expensive coaching or paid batches right now.

Is it possible to get complete JEE preparation resources for free? I'm looking for:

Lectures

DPPs/Practice sheets

Mock tests

PYQs

Test series

Telegram channels or any other free sources

If anyone has prepared mainly through free resources and scored well, please guide me. Also, with limited time left for JEE, is it still realistically possible to get a decent rank starting now?

I know I have very little time left for JEE preparation, but I'm willing to work hard and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! 🙏

CBSE Not Sending My Photocopies, Can't Apply for Revaluation. What Should I Do?

I got Essential Repeat (failed) in 3 subjects in CBSE Class 12 this year.

I applied for photocopies of all my answer sheets, but I have received only the English photocopy. The photocopies for the other subjects haven't been sent yet.

The problem is that without the photocopies, I'm unable to apply for revaluation. I've already emailed CBSE regarding this issue, but I haven't received any reply.

I'm really worried because the deadlines are passing and I don't want to lose a year because of a technical or administrative issue.

Has anyone faced something similar?

What should I do now?

Is there any other way to contact CBSE or get this issue resolved quickly?

Any help would be appreciated.

*Urgenntt!!* 19F, What's the best option for my future?? Please reply

I'm 19F and got RT in 3 subjects this year, even though I felt my exams went much better.

Last year there was a cheating incident at our center and many students got UFM. A lot of those same students have now ended up with RT this year too. Complaints and legal action have been taken, but nothing seems to be happening.

I've applied for photocopies and mailed CBSE but haven't received anything yet. I'll apply for revaluation, though I don't really expect much from it.

My parents won't allow NIOS, and we're a middle-class family so private universities aren't affordable. I was a decent student before this and have a strong interest in Maths.

Given my situation:

Should I wait for revaluation results?

Should I take a drop year?

What should I prepare for if I take a drop year?

Which government exams should I go for?

What would be the best path if I want to continue studying Maths and build a stable career?

I'd really appreciate practical advice from people who have been through something similar or know the education system well.

Thank you.

*Urgenttt!!* Please comment Does NIOS Effect getting jobs???

Does NIOS Effect getting jobs in future??

If anyone here or any of your relatives/friends studied from NIOS and are currently doing a job, please share your experience.

What kind of job are they doing? Did they face any problems because of NIOS?

My family is against the idea of me doing NIOS and they’re telling me to wait one more year and give regular boards again, but honestly I can’t wait anymore. I just want to complete 12th and move forward with college and my career.

So please, if anyone has real experience with NIOS students getting into colleges/jobs, reply.

Urgent help needed.

*Urgent* CBSE ruined two years of my 12th and now I genuinely don’t know what to do *urgent*

I’m a class 12 student and I honestly feel stuck right now. Last year, when I appeared for boards, there was cheating happening at our center. Because of that, many students got UFM in the result even though not everyone was involved. Some people even filed cases/complaints but nothing really happened after that.

So this year I appeared again as a private candidate. But now something weird has happened again. Most of the private candidates from our side got RT in 2–3 subjects, and many students who got RT in 2 sub are also getting “Essential Repeat” in the result.

At this point I genuinely don’t understand what I should do anymore. I’m mentally exhausted because it feels like two years are getting wasted because of things outside my control.

Should I-

  1. shift to NIOS,

  2. wait and fight this somehow

  3. just restart properly from somewhere else?

If anyone has gone through something similar with CBSE/private candidate/UFM/Essential Repeat, please tell me what you did. I really need practical advice right now

AIo my sister keeps humiliating me over my relationship, 19F

I’m 19F and I really need some outside advice because things at home are getting too stressful.

I was in a long distance relationship for about a year. My elder sister (2 years older than me) knew everything because I trusted her. My boyfriend was always respectful towards her too, he even sent small gifts for her on my birthday and bought pastries for both of us on our anniversary.

But for the past few months, my sister has been acting really weird and hostile towards me.

One incident happened when she told me not to move a switch board and I still did it. She got extremely angry and late at night around 1–2 AM she told my family about my boyfriend in the worst possible way. She kept saying things like “kis kis se baat krti rehti h”, “chat krti rehti hai”, “sara ganda kaam kr chuki ye”, “bahar k logo se ache se krti h ghr pe nhi krti” etc. It felt humiliating because she exaggerated everything just to insult me.

After that I almost completely stopped talking to my boyfriend because exams were near. I also didn’t perform well in exams and now results are about to come, so I know that will become another reason for her to insult me.

Recently another fight happened. I ordered some free clothes through referral stuff from my boyfriend’s ID. I had already told my sister about it. At home my dad reacts badly to these things and assumes random stuff, so I secretly brought the package inside to avoid drama.

Then my sister tried on my clothes and went outside near the mirror even though she knows how dad reacts. Papa saw her wearing them and started getting angry. I said “mujhe nahi pata usse pucho” because she was the one standing there wearing them openly.

Then she started taking my name and saying “free me aaye hai bata bata.” I got irritated and said “tu pehen k bahar gyi h toh tu handle kar", main kyu chup chup k layi andr? Me kyu pehen k dekhne nhi gyi bahar? After that her ego got hurt badly.

She started insulting me again saying things like I know nothing except “ye sab bolna”, she doesn't know how to talk to elders, isko padhai v nhi ati “bahar jaake bik jayegi” and many other indirect disgusting comments just to shame me for having a boyfriend.

Since childhood I’ve mostly stayed quiet and never knew how to answer back. I also remember when we were younger, my mom maybe gave me slightly more attention once and my sister created a huge fight saying “mummy tujhe zyada pyaar karti h mujhe nahi.”

Now she barely talks normally to me and whenever she does, it’s mostly threats or taunts. The weird thing is she also had a boyfriend before and I always supported her. But now her relationship is over and I’m the one facing all this.

so this whole thing feels really hurtful and exhausting.
