[iOS] Two different Reddit /s/ share URLs resolve to the same post — can this occur normally? [2026.32.1]

I was recently told by a subreddit moderator that I had submitted the same post twice. As evidence, I was given these two Reddit share URLs:

However, when I open either URL, both appear to resolve to the same post, with the same content and timestamp.

I only intentionally submitted the post once.

Can two different /s/ share URLs be generated for the same underlying Reddit post? If so, is there a way to identify the canonical post ID for each link and confirm whether these represent one submission or two separate submissions?

I am trying to determine whether this is expected behavior, a duplicate-submission issue, or some other technical issue.

Can two different Reddit /s/ share URLs point to the same post? Moderator treated them as two separate posts [iOS]

I was flagged by a subreddit moderator who believed I submitted the same post twice. As evidence, they gave me two different /s/ Reddit URLs.

However, clicking either link takes me to what appears to be exactly the same post, with the same timestamp and content. I only submitted the post once.

Are /s/xxxxxxxxxx URLs unique identifiers for posts, or can multiple share URLs exist for the same underlying Reddit post?

I'm trying to understand whether the moderator's assumption that "two different /s/ URLs = two different posts" is technically correct, and what the best way is to verify the underlying post IDs.

Welcome thoughts on moving from US to Tier 2 city and possible FIRE.

Planning to move back to India from US in a couple of years. Early 40s couple, 2 young kids under 3. Will settle in Tier 2 city in India. $300k cash, $600k in 401k, $450k house equity, INR 1 cr Indian savings. Modest lifestyle - guessing monthly spend would be under 2-2.5 LPM. Are we ready to FIRE? Am also considering to work for 6-8 years in a low stress 30-40 LPA job. Biggest consideration is moving the 401k during RNOR, so that any double taxation and foreign assets reporting etc. are simplified. No debts or loans. Welcome any thoughts and suggestions.

International travel with twins

We have nine months old twins and are soon (less than a week) going to fly with them for the first time. We are a bit tense as it is a long international travel involving 3 flights- a 4-hour domestic US flight, 7 hour layover; then a 10 hour international flight to Europe and a five hour layover; and finally another 8 hour flight. I have reserved bulkhead seats with bassinets in the 2 international flights but of course the domestic US flight won’t have that. We have a double stroller but planning to take their two single strollers with us.

Really welcome any tips or tricks that might make our trip easier.
