What happened to Spotify?

Regardless of whether I am using the IOS, Windows, or Webplayer versions, uninstall and reinstall, it is practically dysfunctional. I can't even open the app and expect it to play my songs because it takes so long to load each one. WHY WHY WHY. I JUST WANTED TO LISTEN TO MUSIC BUT IT CANT EVEN DO THAT.

New to PC! Need Build Final Approval Before Purchase!!

Hi, I am in the last stretch before buying a computer and I am so tired of having to go back and forth on all these different websites as I am still an extreme novice and know nearly nothing.

Could someone give my build a thorough review for compatibility? I've heard that some parts may or may not fit with others in the case and such but I don't know what I'm looking at so could someone please help me.

PCPartPicker Build

I'd be using this computer for AAA gaming for games like Monster Hunter Wilds, Ace Combat 8, Resident Evil 8, etc.

Country: Canada

Currency: CAD

Budget: ~$2500-$3000 CAD

Can someone check my first PC build before I buy it?

I've been saving up for quite some time now and found this on PCPartPicker and would like to know if its optimal or compatible.

Help building a gaming PC (Canada, ~2000-3000 CAD budget, no RGB)

Hi everyone

I'm looking for some help in putting in parts for my first gaming PC. I live in Canada, and I have been saving money but these prices keep rising. I'd like some help some help so I don't make a mistake!

My desire would be to get a solid, well-balanced build from people who know what they’re doing, without overthinking every detail myself.

I realize that asking someone to design a full build from A to Z is a big request, so I completely understand if that’s too much.

I'm not a diehard pc setup style fan. I don't mind not having any flashy lights or designs. I just want something satisfyingly functional.

That said, if anyone feels like sharing:

  • A full build they would personally recommend given these constraints and briefly explaining the main choices, or
  • Links to pre-made builds or resources that match similar needs.

I'd be really grateful.

What I do know is what I want to use the PC for and what matters to me.

What I’m looking for:

  • Budget: preferably under 3000 CAD (flexible, but I don’t want to overspend just for the sake of it)
  • Use case: Gaming
    • I'm really eager to sink my teeth into some of the latest AAA titles like Monster Hunter Wilds, Resident Evil 8, and even Ace Combat 8 (which just had its release date revealed!!)
    • I'd like to play these graphically intense games without having to worry about my pc boiling hot or having to lower my graphic settings to the lowest
  • I already own a decent monitor at least for now. I have keyboard and mouse too.
  • I want something that will last several years, without necessarily buying the absolute top-of-the-line parts

My priorities (based on my limited knowledge):

  • A strong GPU and CPU, and good combo.
  • A reasonable amount of RAM (Ideally 32Gb minimum)
  • Good overall balance, thermals, and reliability

Aesthetic preferences:

  • A clean, sober case (minimalist > flashy)
  • If it comes with RGB I won't fight it, I'm just fine without if it makes it cheaper.

Thanks a lot for your time and help, I really appreciate it.

check list :

  • New build or upgrade?
  • Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links) : Asus vp249
  • PC purpose? (Gaming)
  • Purchase country? Canada, Montréal, Don't know local vendors)
  • Monitors needed? (For now I'll use my current one)
  • Budget range? (Preferably under 3000 CAD before taxes but flexible)
  • WiFi or wired connection? Both if possible
  • Size/noise constraints? None.
  • Color/lighting preferences? None.
  • Any other specific needs?

Need a parts list for video editing + AAA gaming (Elden Ring, MH Wilds, GTA 6, AC8, etc.) – 2TB SSD, 32GB RAM min, great cooling

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to build a PC and would love your help picking the right parts. I’ll be using it for:

  • Video editing in Premiere Pro
  • School work (Office, browsing, Zoom, etc.)
  • Triple A gaming – want to run these comfortably (1080p/1440p, high-ish settings):
    • Elden Ring
    • Monster Hunter Wilds
    • GTA V
    • GTA 6 (when it comes out – future-proofing a bit)
    • Ace Combat 7
    • Ace Combat 8
    • Armored Core 6

Minimum requirements I’d like:

  • 2TB SSD (NVMe preferred)
  • 32GB RAM (DDR4 or DDR5 – open to suggestions)
  • Great cooling (air or AIO – just don’t want thermal throttling under long Premiere renders or gaming sessions)

Budget: $2000-3000
Country: Canada

I don’t need RGB or a fancy case – performance and reliability first. Would love a full parts list (CPU, GPU, mobo, cooler, PSU, case, SSD, RAM).

Thanks in advance!
