I built a small quote-generating tool for service businesses and I’m looking for feedback.

The idea came from noticing a common problem: many service providers spend a lot of time answering the same pricing questions, while customers often compare multiple businesses before deciding who to work with. Slow responses can sometimes mean losing potential customers.

The goal of the tool is simple — help businesses make their pricing clearer and help customers get a better idea of what to expect before reaching out.

If you would like to test it out just search “KWOTIT” on google and it’s the first result that pops up, I can’t post the link in this sub Reddit otherwise the post will get deleted.

I’ve been testing it with a few businesses so far, and the setup process is designed to be quick (creating a pricing page takes a few minutes).

It’s still early, so I’d really appreciate honest feedback:

• Would something like this be useful for your business?
• What would you improve?
• What problems would you expect it to solve (or not solve)?

Hello everyone i launched my SaaS and to be honest I need something that stands out and makes more people want to pay. I am not trying to sell my product here and while I do have a link I won’t post it; but I’ll summarize what we do and anyone who wants to take a look can search “KWOTIT” on google , it’s the first page you see ; it’s a quote calculator builder.

It’s basically like google forms but with a calculator logic for service businesses to display their prices to customers and get requests.
It acts as an online pricing assistant so that you don’t always have to go back and forth with customers about your pricing.

it’s a set and forget type tool and you can even run ads directly to your own pricing page and let customers select what service they need from you, see the rates that you charge and decide if they still want to work with you or not.

I did this for both sides; business owners don’t like time wasters and only want to deal with qualified leads and this tool helps with that and customers like dealing with businesses that show they are transparent about their pricing, this tool also helps with that.

I know it’s not a new concept and there are so many others doing the same; however I am still very new in the market and I really and honestly would like feedback from a real business owner who already uses something similar but wishes there was an improvement in existing products.

As of late the high ecg tariffs have been a source of constant frustration on myself because most of my income is put towards buying units.

Today on my way home , I saw a lot of people sleeping on the road side on mats or cardboard; and it made me reflect on how much God has indeed blessed me and why I shouldn’t be complaining about insignificant things like high electricity bills, when there are people who don’t even have a bed a lay on .

I have a roof over my head, a car to drive and a comfy bed to sleep on.

it reminded me that no matter what I’m going through in my life; my current situation is somebody’s prayer point.

the very fact that you can see this post and even comment suggests you are doing far better than you give yourself credit for.

most people have never even used a smartphobe before and some as crazy as it sounds have never slept in an air conditioned room in their entire lives.

some of the things we take for granted are what some people are desperately praying for.

I don't have much to say on this issue,just that why is it that when you need a service from someone, maybe like event decor or to print out and photocopy something.

It takes so long for the business owner to get back to you?

Last week I needed a 3d printing job done and I messaged a vendor to help me and it took this guy 4 days to respond and by that time I was no longer interested because I saw a company online who offered me instant quotes that made it super fast for me.

Business owners please let's try to move with speed and efficiency in all we do.

The market monopoly they have enjoyed for so long has made them not just only lackadaisical towards customer care but they have become too arrogant especially if you reach out to them via mail to a for customer help .

The issues on the platform are a lot from the scams ,to their ridiculous ad packages that do absolutely nothing!

The one that makes it so ridiculous is their handling of registration documents and their inflexibility when it comes to that part; the frustration you go through on that end is ridiculous also.

I'm not asking for much and I don't know anything about apps or classified ads platforms but I think it's high time a suitable rival for jiji emerges.

Fb marketplace is trying but its not built as a direct competition for jiji because its a global platform.
