I feel like my drawing is too stiff, lakes soul and energy and is overworked compared to the sketch

This is still a wip but I'm not sure about continuing it. I set my goal as a finished, painted piece with a emo kinda badass gal. I feel like I managed to make the drawing alright technically, but in terms of artistic "soul" I feel like it's lifless. Any type of advice, critique, opinion is very welcome and needed ! Thx !
