[SOLVED] steam left a dummy file where mwc thought the real music files where, but I deleted it and now it works fine
I've tried hundreds of guides and removed the carburetor tons of times and keep recharging the battery, the only way it starts is with a mod called snow be gone, this isn't virus its just .txt files i legit cant get it to run naturally even when the garage is warm.

I got this pc from a friend of mine who replaced his wall socket and accidentally surged the pc, the power supply standby functions were destroyed and thus once I got it, I got an exact identical working one from a hardware store near me. It immediately fixed my issue of: electrical noises, fans turning on but the computer doesn't until I press the power button and is much more stable and does not randomly turn off, yesterday before the new psu, it was working fine and I shut down windows normally then disconnected it from power until the new psu arrived. When it arrived I plugged everything in and did not change anything. And here I am now, it doesn't post no matter how many different ram sticks, CPUs and gpus I get, it won't give me a picture, it will power them up unlike the old psu but won't give me a display and also, everything gets uniformly warm after running for 2 hours and numlock leds do not light up either, I've done multiple cmos drains and completely drained the psu capacitors, it works in another pc.

I legitimately can't find a decently populated lobby (for cargo selling) without atleast 1 Modder in it, I'm on pc enhanced solely because I wanted modders out of my game. I made my pc work harder, to still get modders, I changed my targeting mode since if you change for controller on pc you will get lobbies with players who also have that aim assist on, but I still get lobbies with level 8000 players, or assholes who crash my game for killing them in my khalanji tank while they are in God mode. I've reported like an account 3 times and 3 days in a row and it's still ruining lobbies with a godmode b11
I can't even start the doomsday preps.
