Doubt regarding annapurna bhandar

My mother used to get Lakshmi Bhandar Scheme. On 1st June some local bjp members and govt official came to our house and gave the govt. stamped annapurna offline form and told to fill it and submit the next day in their camp. She filled it and submitted the next day. Upon submitting she recieved a slip with the name of HOF and stamped by govt.

On 3rd June around 2 p.m she recieved the 3k Annapurna Scheme Money. Now on the internet there are many narratives running that those who have filled the form offline need to fill the form online again. Is this true? My mom is panicking and is kinda confused that her name is on the list or not. Is there any way to check that her name is on the list ir not?
