To hold or not, different angle to the question.

It seems this question has been asked a bit lately and my apologies to ask it again, but I’m going to ask it in a different angle that I have not read or seen so far.

In essence, I have not been officially diagnosed with OAB but based on what I have continued to read here, it sounds like I track well. That said, I wear protection, pull-ups and tabbed (on occasion) because I never know when my body is going to rebel and tell me … “now”

My angle… for the most part, I can make to the bathroom on time, but there are times that it’s actually painful to hold it. Am I doing myself a disservice by trying to hold it during the tough urges. I continue see enough people write, just go in the pull-up or diaper. I don’t want to make matters worse is where I am going with this query. Being a personal issue, I feel safe asking here what the appropriate path is for less anxiety and more importantly, not cause more of a problem down there.

I just find myself conflicted. We were all toilet trained, but I don’t know if it better not to fight when it’s a true struggle or strain to hold back. Been dealing with for some time now and I still have not found security in having accidents despite buying top quality product.

I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance for advice and sharing personal experiences.

What am I missing?

I bought plans to build a model from 3Dsets.com. Very well done package for sale.

My question is this. I have two identical printers and I used the orca files provided to print from. The issue is that one printer over the length of the part printed (~179mm) gained 3mm… not anything in width. The finish is gorgeous and I don’t see where I went wrong. I printed the same file on the sister printer, setup the same way and the part came out correct for length. None of the print parameters, (temperature, speed, etc) were changed.

Printers are Ender3 and the z is calibrated to 20mm per the cube test. (I should note referring to z as the parts are printed lengthwise standing up on the glass plate)

What am I missing?

Excessive sleep

This has been happening to me more and more often…. This week being the most recent. I slept for 36 hours straight, only waking to turn over. Body has a numb feeling and it’s best to be in a fetal position. This time I went to bed with a headache and it continued well past the 36 hour mark. Perhaps this sounds crazy, but I am going between my doctor and sleep specialist, we can’t pinpoint anything. My CPAP data looks good.

Does anyone else have episodes of just not wanting to get out of bed and f you do, full body discomfort is immediate?

I’m a longtime user of Northshore products (m48) and have found nothing comparable that works as well and is discreet by product color.

With that, I’ve been looking for a cheaper day time alternative and I saw several places that Sunkiss is a very close match at a more economical price. I must say I am impressed as I ordered the grey day time pull ups for men and they work, even with a modest, not flooding flow. There is a front and back pad difference, so it’s a snap to put on.

Today I got the new blue ultra thin version and dang if this those don’t peek at all above the waistband… amazing, and a great fit. One catch and I hope that someone can help me. There is a distinct feel for wearing the pull-up right or backwards… but the pad seems uniform so visually, it’s a guess. Am I missing a subtle ink tick or something to id the front or back. So annoying to put it on only to have to turn it around. Like I said earlier, there is a distinct right feel when it is on the correct way. Thanks ahead!!
