URGENT NEED HELP ‼️(Screen scratch or crack in the Macbook i received from amazon india).

So i ordered a Macbook Air from amazon india and it got delivered to me on 27 jun and i checked it
thoroughly cause it was an open box delivery i didn’t spot any flow and can say that delivery boy was in rush so maybe i skipped it and i hardly used it so today morning i was cleaning my display and just to see how much dust is there and all i spot this it’s a scratch or a crack idk now I’m freaking out what should i do what are my options please help with suggestions.

Discussion on Macbook air M5(13vs15inch)

So the confusion is about buying 13inch(24GB and 512/1TB)vs15inch(16gb/512ssd) base version.
I can only afford these two else i would love to go for 15inch 24gb/512ssd.
So what i think at this point is i should not be compromising on the Ram and i can buy bigger monitor and take display output once i have enough to invest in this.
How practical is this? What should i choose? I'm confused

It is video editing and Ai/Ml and data task

Issue in Panasonic Ac need help and advice

I purchased a Panasonic AC on September 28, 2025, via Amazon. Since it was off-season, we began using it only in 25th april 2026. Unfortunately, it did not cool properly. After contacting the Panasonic cc on April 25, a technician refilled the gas, but the cooling remained subpar. Around 10–15 days later, the AC stopped cooling again, and it began blowing warm air. I filed another complaint on May 19, a technician visited but could not find the issue and the problem remains unresolved, and the cause is still unclear. I’m leaving in a tier-3 city and i believe the local technician are not good at all.

Anyone can guide now ? What to do ? Contacted Panasonic team already on there number Soo soo poor didn’t get satisfactory response and also mailed them but no reply it’s been more than 48hr

Edit: it’s also consuming around 15-17 units for 6-7 hr usage that includes 1hr Powerful mode and 6hr of auto node at 24°c.
I think that’s a lot of units
