Does anyone actually enjoy their job?

Does anyone actually enjoy their job and feel their work environment is healthy? Maybe it's because I'm in marketing, but I've only worked in 1 "non-toxic" environment. Is it a millennial thing, or am I just too sensitive? (If you do enjoy your job, what industry are you in?)

Recovery from burnout/hypervigilance/trauma

If you've been through long-term burnout & hypervigilance (also throw in some trauma/C-PTSD into the mix), how long did it take for you to feel stable-ish? Things in my life have calmed down *substantially*, but now I feel so tired and drained, like I'm constantly dragging a bag of cement. Responding to an email is effort. It's probably normal, but I wanted to see if anyone else has been through this?

My thyroid is ruining my life.

I've struggled with my thyroid since I was 26. Was initially hospitalised for a month when I was diagnosed. Was then told it's Graves' disease, went for iodine treatment, now it's Hashimoto's, on both Euthyrox and Tetroxin. For the past 3 months, it's been a daily battle... nearly falling asleep at work but constantly waking up at night, tremors, elevated heart rate (sometimes it even aches), body aches, joint pain, constant headaches, confusion/brain fog, debilitating IBS, overeating. Can only see the doctor on 21 August. I wish there were a permanent solution so I could have a more balanced life.

I hate how my thyroid affects my life...

I've struggled with my thyroid since I was 26. Was initially hospitalised for a month when I was diagnosed (after a doctor wanted to have me admitted to a psychiatric institution due to misdiagnosis). Was then told it's Graves' disease, went for iodine treatment, now it's apparently Hashimoto's, on both Euthyrox and Tetroxin. Is there anyone who's been able to lead a "normal" life with thyroid issues?
