do delivery boys come to the hostel gate?

I have my physical reporting scheduled for the 29th. If hostel rooms are allotted on the same day, is it okay if I drop my luggage in the room, lock the wardrobe, and return home until classes start on August 3rd?

I got dtu ep in round 5 , but now i got a better option,i know if i withdraw i will not get my 95k back but still want to withdraw but there is no option of withdrawal or cancellation what should i do now?
