Someone pulled out my two front grill pieces by the headlights

What could someone gain from this? Were they trying to steal it? What can I do for safety measures?
Would have been between 7am and 11am

Edit: I am reading common occurrence with car thefts but nothing exactly for my model

Found my front grill pieces removed and left like this…

Hi y’all I’m not sure where else to ask this. But I found my car like this in the morning. For context I parked the car in the driveway at 7am and then a few hours later my mom found the grill like that.
What could someone possibly gain from getting in there? What should I be concerned about? Sorry if I sound clueless, it’s bc I am 😓

Looking for Earplug recommendations

Of course custom would be ideal but it’s out of budget. Any recommendations for earplugs? I have small ears and im short so *sometimes* the sound from down below is restrained for me to begin with

Update: AC FAN MOTOR WORKING

Hi friends! A couple weeks ago, my ac unit was broken. Long story short the ac fan motor was seizing but everything else ran fine. I have zero handy skills or experience working with motors. But, through research and the help of this community, I got it working again!!
Everyone said to get the whole unit replaced, but my gut told me I need to preserve this one. I brought the motor to a place that gave me the run around- told me it’s too damaged to repair and they’re looking for a replacement. When I asked specifically what was damaged, they said the ‘housing’. They also said it would cost more than the value of the fan to repair it. But the fan cooling looked decent to me except the bearings. I picked up my fan from them, and they told me that if I take the fan back they will no longer look for a replacement and the book is closed. I questioned why they need to keep my old fan to look for a replacement if the specs are on the fan- asked if they were replacing the whole thing or parts inside… they said the whole thing.
So I ended up taking my fan motor back- it was fully taken apart by them and he did not offer to put it back together. I brought my bits and pieces to another place. He replaced the bearing, lock tighted it, and scrubbed some rust off. It’s now working well!! Runs smooth, no sounds, no problems, house is cool. I’m just so happy that it was resolved and I followed my gut. This was a stressful problem for me, and I am very grateful for all the advice and help from you guys

AC Fan motor from 1976

Look at this hunk! Never changed once. My unit takes two Capacitors , which are also original and still reading perfect on multimeter. Fan appeared to be stuck, but got it spinning freely. AC unit turns on and fan starts spinning immediately. But after a few mins, the fan stopped- I used a big stick and gave it a few pushes, and after some momentum the fan spun again. So I’m thinking the issue is the motor?
Removed the motor and gonna get it repaired/replaced.
Just worried about how it would work if I have 2 capacitors. This is a two speed ac unit

AC from the 90s fan not spinning

Can anyone help me troubleshoot? This unit is old and I don’t want to let it go. My mom and I don’t have the means to purchase a new one. I would appreciate any help with this. Is anyone familiar with this unit?
