Recently started getting into these ever since my first meet, noticed benefits in my sleep, mood and overall mental health. Still learning more about Brazil Nuts though for Magnesium etc, but overall to save money buying all sorts of supplements and i just love trying out Herbs in general☘️.

Advice on how to improve the Healing Process?
Accidentally dropped heavy barbell weights on my thigh, got very lumpy and bruised but the ER didn't tell me much info or ice. Woke up this morning, unable to walk on that leg because every step feels like something is tearing inside and just really hurts. Any advice would be really appreciated.
It was a normalleg day at the gym for me, but I had the sudden urge to work on core. One machine was open, so l walked toward it. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a guy lying on the floor next to the Ab Crunch machine.
I've never dealt with something like that before and didn't know what to do, so l urgently told a woman nearby. Other people started noticing too. Then I saw some blood on the ground - I think he might have hit his head or his teeth.
This went on for about 2 minutes before he finally started waking up, thankfully. He couldn't really communicate, but he was able to sit up until the ambulance arrived less than 5 minutes after someone called. He seemed okay, but it was traumatic. I remember me and the others trying to calm him down were shaking a lot.
It was definitely a reminder to be more self-aware, because you never know what can happen, even at the gym. And to take care of myself and not push too hard when working out — which I assume is what happened to him.
