I’m looking for a remote social media marketer to help grow an early-stage online platform. This would suit someone looking to build experience, take on a side project, or work with a startup that has room to grow.
If you’re reliable, creative, and know how to grow engagement across social platforms, please comment below or send me a DM with a short introduction, your rates, and any examples of your work.
Remote applicants from anywhere are welcome.

4 weeks post-op

I am shocked at how things have changed. I walked unassisted 30 minutes after my L4/L5 TLIF. It's now 4 weeks and I am due for a post op assessment. I feel okay, with slight stiffness in the mornings and mild pain when I sit for more than an hour. I am doing light exercises and short walks daily. I have driven a few times locally and I seem to be okay. What sometimes worries me is how I feel tired doing walks around the house and sometimes going up the stairs. Overall I feel my life is so much better because the pain that stopped everything previously has totally gone. I have also reduced medication. From 3 times a day to 1 of each at night and some on a needs basis only when there is a bit more pain. I am still not able to sit low on couches but my dining chair is perfect. Getting in and out of bed is very normal and I still cautiously do the log roll. One outstanding thing I noticed is my posture, I can now walk straight with no bending to the left or a limp. The fatigue is the only concern but I am hopeful that I will be completely healed soon.

Brake wear diagnosis

A few weeks ago I was reversing parking and I heard a sound from the back. Clearly finished brake pads. I went the next morning and bought pads for the front and back, changed them and all works fine. The surprising thing was that the brake wear monitor had not turned on and when changing the brakes, the sensors all looked fine. Now the warning is coming on like 3 weeks after I changed all the brakes and even passed nct 2 weeks ago. I don't want to just switch that light off in case there is something I did wrong when I changed the brake pads. Has anyone experienced this? The new brake pads came with new sensors so I changed the sensors too. Clearly, the sensors are not giving the correct information. What is the way forward?
