So on my iphone i used the in built eSIM feature of apple on my airtel postpaid sim, but even after like 3 hours it is still showing activating in settings with no signal, help me urgent pls

So in my mothers iPhone 11 whatsapp is taking 27 GB of space but in reality only taking up 8 gb i tried backing it up but there isnt enough storage in Icloud to back ts up what should i do 😭🙏 also cant take subscription
