I could be mistaken but I don't ever remember there being a heart to heart talk between Michelle and Stephanie. They didn't really have the sisterly bond the way that D.J. and Stephanie had. Stephanie looked up to D.J. as her big sister. She was interested in what D.J. did in her life, read her diary and wore her clothes. She told D.J. how she wanted to be just like her when D.J. asked her why did she snoop through her things Stephanie said "You fascinate me. You go to school dances, you have 7 different teachers in the same day and you carry a purse. You're a woman of the world" Stephanie admired her whereas Michelle acted like an only child. You would have thought that Denise was Michelle's sister more than Stephanie because Michelle was around her friends more in the later seasons. Stephanie and D.J. sat down and had a heart to heart talk about how they felt especially in the later years like when Stephanie thought Steve was cheating on D.J. and she just wanted to protect her from getting hurt. The only time I can recall Michelle and Stephanie having a heart to heart talk is when Papouli died, Stephanie told Michelle to be brave for Uncle Jesse and think of something funny. Michelle never snooped through her things or wore her clothes. They just didn't seem like sisters. The same goes for Vicky she never really took the girls under her wing like Aunt Becky did. Aunt Becky showed D.J. how to apply make-up and talked to her about boys. Vicky was always on the go and running in and out of the house she barely spent time with the girls I mean for a woman who was engaged to their father she didn't seem.....motherly. Just an observation.

It's so silly to me how R.L. Stine wrote the characters to be different yet they did the exact same things in most of the books. When the main character got in to an argument it says 'She felt herself getting out of control but was unable to do anything about it' or 'She repeated the words over and over until it became like a song to her' If someone to fell out of a window or down the stairs it says 'One leg was bend at an odd angle' and all of the characters say 'Huh??' when they are surprised by something 😂

Since 6am the kitten has been up zooming around my room. After 3 years of having my cat I decided to get another one. My cat is older so he's more calmer and relaxed. The kitten that we have is about a month old. We've had him for a week and since we got him he has not stayed still accept for when he's napping. The first night he was zooming around the room and getting into things.

After day 3 I introduced him to our oldest he jumps on his back, bites him and taps him in the face. Yesterday my oldest cat got fed up and sat on the kitten's head he put whole body on his face and held him down.I asked the owner what was he like when he had him the owner said he may be playful he had 3 brothers to play with.

I understand being playful but this is beyond that he can not stop moving. I ordered a playpen off of Amazon and some toys for him to play with. My only fear is that if I put him in the playpen he'll just meow to come out. When is this stage going to end? What could be causing him to act this way? I don't want to label him as hyper active but I don't know what else to call it.

I have been posting in the bad breath thread for some time but something happened yesterday that makes me question if I have TMAU. No one has directly told me that I smell but since 2019 I have had the same reactions from people: sniffing, coughing, pinching of nose, sometimes gagging, when I'm on public transportation they will stare at me or keep turning around giving me a sour face look while sitting in the seat that's in front of me. If someone sits next to me they'll switch seats within a few minutes. With Lyft drivers they blast the air conditioner 5 minutes after pulling off or open all of the windows. The doctors that I've seen will keep leaving the room multiple times to breathe in the hallway or they'll put on a mask before entering the room. I've seen many doctors, an ent and a gastro doctor and they tell me that they do not smell anything when I explain my symptoms.

Yesterday my mentor gave me a personal hygiene bag with deodorant, soap, laundry detergent, pads, nail clippers, toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash. Now I am wondering how long has she been noticing this smell to just now say something?

The thing is I showered before I left, I used Lume acidified body wash, put deodorant and perfume on and brushed my teeth. I washed my clothes the day before. I question whether it's a body odor problem not a bad breath problem because my mentor to ask if I needed extra deodorant along with the two packs that was in the hygiene bag. I know for sure I've been to the doctor about stomach issues my stomach digestion is slow and I feel full after eating one meal or I can't eat anything at all for days due to feeling full. Should I ask my mentor what is it that she's smelling so that I can get to the root of the problem?

It's like the more I try to avoid people and places the more I get pushed towards it.

What are the odds that they called me for jury duty twice? In April the first time I was so happy that the two parties settled out of court and they didn't need us but boy was it hard for me to stand in line. They had us standing in line for an hour and a half, the line wrapped around the corner it was long and I was close to the end of it. It took everything in me not to run out of the building. My heart was racing so fast. After standing there waiting they called us to an even bigger room with over 100 people sitting down they made us sit there for 2 more hours before calling off our names. They called me first to the front of the line there were like 10 people behind me and I was so nervous I couldn't remember where we were supposed to go, a woman behind me asked "What room are we supposed to go to?" I froze because I couldn't remember the room number that was told to me. Thankfully a security officer pointed out where it was. We stood there for what seemed like forever only for the judge to call us in and tell us that she wouldn't be needing us because they decided to settle out of court. I almost dropped to the ground lol I was soooo happy. The judge told us not to worry because no one gets called for jury duty again for a year. Well I did. I got a letter in the mail Thursday they are calling me for jury duty for TWO WEEKS!! I talked to someone in their department and told them that I already served jury duty the guy said there's a difference between state and federal, you did state, this is federal. What in the world? I swear the more I move away from something the closer it gets. Does this happen to anyone else?

It never crossed my mind that Steve was as dumb as Kimmy because it was ignored on the show. The family only pointed out how dumb Kimmy was. Andrea asked on the podcast "Why did D.J. hang out with such dumb people?" But D.J. wasn't all that bright either she could never see the problem when it was right in front of her. In 'The Volunteer' episode instead of being empathetic towards Eddie she was very firm when she talked to him she asked "What are you talking about?" and "Why are you doing this??" The tone in her voice was not that of a person who tried to understand what was going on with him. In the 'Birthday Blues' episode she threw the problem back on Kimmy as if Kimmy had no right to be mad that her best friend forgot her birthday. It was Steve's fault he's the one who said "Who else could have thrown this together in 15 minutes?? Not that she did.....but let's say if she ever forgot your birthday and only had 15 minutes.... she could have thrown this together" D.J. got mad at Kimmy for walking out instead of Steve for being dumb enough to blow her cover. She says "I don't understand why you're so jealous of Steve!" and then she tells Danny "She left! There's no law that says you have to throw your friend a birthday party" WHAT? Yeah it made sense as to why they all hung out.

New fan here! I used to hear about AHS but didn't pay much attention to it. I'm trying to catch up before Season 13, I've been watching on and off since August. The scene with Bobby hugging his father saying goodbye to his family is what got me. The song The Living Years by Mike + The Mechanics made me cry🥺 It's amazing how the cast can switch characters every season. They are very talented especially Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson.

Do the seasons get better or worse? So far the first episode of Double Feature is good.
