Rib rub: soy sauce powder, msg, garlic, pepper, ginger, dried birds eye chillies, palm sugar
1st time smoking tri ti. Making 4 of them for father's day.
Using a GMG pellet smoker;
Any advice would be awesome!
Type of pellets?
Rub?
Marinade?
Timing?
Edit: I've made tri tip many times before just haven't smoked one yet.
