This thing is pretty much out of my budget right now but in 2 years down the line with LCI, I might be able to swing it with my yt taking off and me earning way more than 2 years back.

This thing is an absolute dream car for me in so many ways:

1. Practical, large daily with plenty of room for you and your family, Drove one from my step dad on a 105km trip and I'm blown away how effortless and smooth the car moves, despite being a land yacht. Perfect for big family trips with kids and all their stuff.

2. Very practical around town, using no fuel up to 42 miles and 25 in the US. No longer needing to guzzle gas in slow, jammed up traffic in the city environment. Just smooth and quiet electric driving. Charges up pretty fast when driving in Hybrid mode.

3. Enthusiast pleasing V8 Roar when you want it, capable of effortlessly reaching 300km like it's nothing, pulling way beyond 300, all the way up to the limiter. Would easily reach 350 if there was no limiter the way it pulls in 7th speed.

4. It's blocky lines and angular design works so well in the touring form compared to the saloon. It no longer has the need to be a track car, which it was never meant to be outside of special cars like M5 CS but as a touring it no longer matters that it's heavy and large because that's its entire selling point to be a fast, family hauler on the autobahn. It corners really well for a fat car on narrow roads. It's capable of tracking if you really wanted to but it's wasn't created with that purpose.

5. Amazing drivetrain giving it multiple characters be it silent eControl, Hybrid, Dynamic. It has many characters with a press of a button. Quiet, smooth EV or an angry, roaring tank with 1000nm of torque. Can adjust the suspension, breaks, steering, regen, literally anything and it's capable of anything you throw at it.

In my opinion a perfect one car solution from a BMW.

What made you love or pick BMW over the other two? Do you have experience with other 2 brands? Maybe you have a garage with a Merc or Audi for your SO? Share you experiences.

I personally really love the controversial designs, aggressive styling and modern reliability of the 2015+ Beamers.

The old school BMW's are some of the most beautiful cars to ever exist but required extensive maintenance and unkeep, which is tedious and expensive. Despite all that, still some of the most iconic and timeless cars.

It says 1/500 on the side and exhausts look a bit off, am I missing something?

The trim looks basic but I'm not familiar with Astons so just curious on what is going on here?

I currently drive 2021 2021 with almost 60k miles and I'm looking to lease something for 2 years until i3 touring is out, which will be my next car.

I have 3 favorite BMW's that I love dearly but they're not in the cards since they're expensive and I don't currently own a garage.

E30 is in my opinion the most beautiful M3 ever made, iconic and timeless. Z8 is the most beautiful roadster I've ever seen with probably the sexiest engine on top and G99 is a modern land yacht that has many characters and suit your family in many ways.

All 7 generations of the BMW M3 taking a ride in a train behind each other on Nurburgring. The NA0 M3 EV leading the way and E30 M3 at the very back.

The F80 and E92 look so beautful from the front and look how smol the E30 is, looks like a toy car.

Curious judging by the stripes on the g80, is that the M3 CS variant? E92 GTS?

I understand that production has ended for these 2 vehicles so they can no longer be ordered through factory but since the spec that I would want is no longer available, can I negotiate for a sizeable discount on a product that wasn't my first choice?

Just curious how it works for a brand like Audi. Appreciate it.

Driver of the G90 stated:'' Was driving about 30 MPH and a woman ran a stop sign right in front of me. I had right of way with no stop. Hit was pretty violent and all airbags deployed, car shut down, and vehicle dialed emergency services. Airbag hit me in the right side of face and ear. Both hands on steering wheel so they are bruised. Right thumb bent back to wrist so tore some soft tissue and left wrist is pretty sore. ''

It doesn't look that bad in terms of damages but I'm assuming a brand new G90 with all the components and body panels replaced will completely destroy its value as a new car with crash damage history.

Maybe somebody could buy it for a heavy discount instead.

Looks really similar to the famous 250 GTO Ferrari. A vintage racing car.

I know it's painful to not have any 3 series tourings in the states since 3 series and especially 340i and G80 are very, very popular cars in the states.

Would you trade in whatever you have for a G81 touring realistically?

I'm not very well versed on the OG mustangs. How rare/valuable is this thing in good condition?

I've seen this dude's garage on Bimmerpost forums and couldn't resit posting it. 3 absolutely, gorgeous beauties. So jealous in a good way. Living the true dream.

2008 Z4M Coupe, 2001 E39 M5 and 2020 f87 M2 Competition. I believe all 3 in manual. Notice how F87 is almost the same size as a 5 series e39? Size creep is insane.

I would add some EV daily that you keep outside and keep these gems in the garage away from rust and sun damage.

What's your favorite one out of the 3?

I do think it looks great with those sleek proportions, iconic kidney grills, emblematic angel lights.

My gripe with the e39 M5 is that it looks almost identical to the regular 530 or 540i. It looks too plain for an M car, that is supposed to represent the rediculous, sport devision of the BMW brand with custom parts and body modifcations.

There's no doubt that it's one of the most beautiful designs ever made by BMW, probably the most sleek performance saloon but I wish the differences between the regular e39's and the M5 variants were a bit more pronounced like with the g9x and the e60.

Did we love it from the start? Did it grow on us over the last year or so? Do we still dislike it for this and that reason?

How do we feel about the car when we see it on the roads or in public? If you're an owner, how were your experiences with the car?

I don't own this car, but I have been in one and driven one but sadly I never drove a previous gen M5 so I can't really compare the two but all I know is that it's a blessing to have an M5 in wagon form after so many years.

I see that SLS variants, especially the coupes with their suicide doors are going for insane prices on the used market. Are they even that special, sporting the same old V8 and similar powerplant?

Modern 2021 GT55/63 are much cheaper on used market and have a more refined engine. Are you paying simply for the flex factor or what's the selling point of the SLS?

SLS low mileage vriants are going for way over 130k whilst you can have a much newer, low mile GT coupe/roadster for sub 100k.

Refined, reliable, tunable, yet modern. Present and used in so many cars even by other brands. I heard that with proper maintance it can go way and beyond 200k miles.

Is it true or is it a myth that B58 is a gods gift to automotive industry?

I think new 7 series looks so good, fully murdered out. Perfect for a Russian gangster. Not a fan of the front end but this makes it way more bearable.

Currently driving a 2021 g21 330e and can't wait for the i3 touring down the line. Already have aside 5k in special short term investment portfolio to be able to liquidate within a week when the car comes.

Really looking forward to the touring.

These are only the renders but if you look at the previous renders, they do end up very close to the final design.

If you have your daily/worsehorse for commutes and shopping hauls and an extra garage spot, I think this makes probably one of the best weekend cars outside of e46 M3/Z8/Z3M. Absolutely beautiful from every angle, iconic orange paint job, analog, manual, small frame yet powerful and tossable.

I know there's no such thing as a '' forever car '' but this 1M in a mint condition for occasional use is probably as close as it gets to a forever car. Timeless design, timeless N54 drivetrain.

e46 m3 was never even offered as a 4 door, forget the wagon form, which is a shame but it is what it is. I don't want to live in the past but builds like this just put a smile on my face. Love crafty and creative people who can recreate something outside of BMW factory. Absolute top notch.

Even if it costs as much as a brand new M3 G81 CS, it's still way more special and rare than current M3 models. Unicorns.
