The most useless player ever

Love him or hate him, its a fact. He’s the worse player to ever represent mexico. The worse forward to ever play for mexico. Un delantero muy limitado que no hace nada para la selección. A forward who should not have gone to the World Cup to begin with. A forward who only scored 5 or 6 goals in 40+ games for Mexico (thats a REAL stat).

But all of you wanted him and thought he deserved to go to the World Cup because he didn’t go in 2026, even though he didn’t score a single league goal in about a year or so. Every single Liga MX forward who played for Mexico performed better for Mexico than any and every version of Santiago Gimenez, yet you all still want him in the national team. Even Berterame would have done a little better, and he has before, but that’s something you guys unfortunately cant and wont ever accept. Gimenez is somebody who can only play well when there is a system that caters to him. He never deserved to be in the national team.

All of you owe Piojo an apology

The same people saying “he’s finally playing great” ignore, don’t acknowledge, or just cant see how well he played in past games for Mexico since Aguirre and Rafa took over. You guys hated on him (not me though, i even had or have a post dedicated to him). You guys thought he played awful in past mexico games for playing more defensively, but ignore that Piojo playing defensively allowed our other Mexico players to push forward and attack more. Now you guys act like you never hated him. A lot of you never appreciate a player until he does flashy stuff and until he is on your side/team. You guys owe him an apology.

Rangel should start against Czech Republic

Who cares about whatever record Ochoa needs to break. Tala is playing at a very good level and he’s in a very good rhythm. Leaving him to rot on the bench just for a much older player to break a record can kill the momentum Tala has going for himself. Tala has been the starter since Malagon got injured, and to be honest, he deserved to be the starter for a very long time. Ochoa should step away and stay true to this role, which is being a substitute. A backup goalie. Tala Rangel is the starter and needs to start every game this tournament

- This is different from saying Quiñones, Jimenez, Piojo, and so and so players need to take a rest, as well btw

Argentinos cuando los mexicanos se divierten

Nobody in the mexican fanbase can ever have fun because of them constantly bothering others

“Montes getting a red card is good”

Mexico rarely concedes goals when Vasquez and Montes play together. Emphasis on the word “rarely”, look up the numbers. Its not a blessing nor good that he got a red at all

Piojo today

It’s an exaggeration, but Alvarado played very good. Era uno de los mejores jugadores contra Sudáfrica. He always gets a lot of unnecessary hate from people who don’t know what to expect from him, never watched him play, and from people who just don’t acknowledge what he does on the field

Raul Jimemez con 35 años// Chicharito con 36 años

Esa versión de Chicharito también era mejor que Santiatronco Gimenez…

Throwback to when Canada beat Mexico (2021)

(Not my pics)

Look at the lineups we had then compared to what we have now. A lot of people don’t want to give the players, Rafa and even Aguirre, and Lillini credit, but the current Mexican squad is a massive upgrade thanks to them
