Although he only appears briefly in an issue, I had a ton of fun drawing this guy. When designing him, I really wanted to lean into the campy, villain-of-the-week feel.

Can't wait to draw him again 🙌"

I was just thinking about this the other day, and how interesting the argument could be made on both sides.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

Do you think adding texture actually improves a drawing, or does it just cover up its weak points?

I was thinking about this the other day, and realized I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Hey everyone 👋

Wanted to share one of my favorite panels from a finished issue where the main character and villain finally fight.

When creating this one, I felt that it was necessary to prioritize limited, contrasting colors and minimal motion with this panel in order to stand out. The idea was to emphasize the villain's reaction to the impact, while the hero distracts him.

I'm curious to see how it reads at first glance. Does the impact here read clearly? Or does restraint in this case carry it better here?

Love to hear your thoughts.
