Passed PMP with 2 weeks prep.

TLDR: me prep strategy in details, passed with BT, AT,AT, online mode.

Attended an offline class back in Jan 2026. It helped me alot not from exam perspective but to understand the basics and foundation of project management. It also gave me PDU.

Then locked in since last 2 weeks while working full-time night shift job. Took last 2 days off.

My prep:

  1. Basics from the offline class.
  2. AR mindset was the 1st video I used. It was amazing and most helpful.
  3. Then gave a study hall full test to check my understanding. Got 66% in 1st mock.
  4. Then checked this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GC7pN8Mjot8&pp=iggCQAE%3D its gem to understand project flow and processes.
  5. AR ultra hard questions. I was able to check only half.
  6. 20-30questions from ARs drag and drop.
  7. Then 2 full mock tests from study hall in same environment n time.
  8. Then reviewing all my wrong answer in chatgpt help me understand most what I am missing.
  9. And offcourse -Huge help from this reddit group. I understood that pmp exam questions are random. But this group help me understand the trends of questions. And study hall I felt 70+% close to real exam.
  10. My own cheat sheet/notes. Can share if anyone needs it.
  11. Night before exam I was paranoid. I remembered low cortisol cartoon and it helped me calm myself and get good sleep.

More pointers.. I was shit scared because of online exam horror stories. I was worried for virtual environment as much as I was for exam. And I felt exam hard, atleast the first section offcourse I was paranoid as well. The 2 choices were so close and with very thin grammatical difference.

Better to give it from center atleast you wont have this anxiety. Luckily I did not face protors wrath. There was an advantage also..like I use to drink coffee and eat something during each breaks to stay energetic and awake. And this is something of personal belief, blessings from my parents and God 🙏 I wore blue. And as they say..a pass is a pass 😊

Guys who are giving pmp recently how relevant is SH wrt actual exam

In study hall pratice exams I am seesing questions for AI.
for example see this question-
Question

An innovative project is leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to identify chemical compounds for the development of new products. The AI processing phase can vary in duration, ranging from three days to two weeks, and the outcomes are unpredictable. The project's primary objective is to deliver at least one product specification within a fixed two-month timeframe while adhering to a strict budget that cannot be increased.

What action should the project manager take to optimize the use of the fixed budget and deliver the highest possible business value?

  1. A.Ensure that the specification iterations are limited to 50% of the overall project duration.
  2. B.Ensure that the AI processing is limited to 25% of the overall project budget.
  3. C.Plan an iteration directly after AI processing to analyze and prioritize the development goals.
  4. D.Plan the specification work as a predictive task with a fixed duration to guarantee value.

I have exam planned begore july 8. worried, can someone please confirm.

Is it possible to have SBI IRCTC Premier and Platinum card at same time?

I currently hold 3 SBI credit cards: SBI IRCTC Platinum(500 annual charge), SBI Octane (LTF), and SBI Cashback Card. Since SBI allows only 3 cards at a time, I want to cancel 2 cards and apply for the SBI IRCTC Premier(1500 annual charge) and PhonePe SBI SELECT BLACK. I need guidance on the correct sequence to follow.

My current IRCTC Platinum card has an outstanding bill and around 500 reward points. I am not satisfied with the Octane card at all, as the fuel reward system has been unreliable, and I got tired of following up through long email chains for reward issues. I now pay for fuel via UPI instead. My usage of IRCTC is heavy so want SBI IRCTC Premier card. And since Airtel cashback is devalued, I want PhonePe SBI SELECT BLACK for utilities.

My current plan is:

  1. Close the SBI Octane card and apply for the SBI IRCTC Premier card.
  2. Once the IRCTC Premier card is approved, close the existing IRCTC Platinum card and then apply for the SBI Black Phonepay Card.

My question is: since I already hold the SBI IRCTC Platinum and SBI Cashback cards, will I still be eligible to get the IRCTC Premier and SBI Black Cashback cards?

Please help me understand the best chronology/process to follow.

I was trying to buy paneer pack of 2 but there is only option of pack of 24. Same for blueberry protien shake.. no option for pack of 8. Not talking about out stock, the option itself is unavailable. 24 cans of paneer is very unrealistic for me. Does anyone else faced this?
