Full Legal Documents of employee suing Kylie Jenner

I finally found a video with the actual legal complaint documents for the employee suing Kylie Jenner. @existingtothrive posted a quick summary and if this is true Kylie better settle fast! I knew the Kardashians were divas but this is to a whole different level. The employee was told she can't drink Kylie's WATER, wasn't allowed to look at Kylie or be in the same room as her. Idk if this is just the managers being power hungry or Kylie's instructions.. But Kylie was present for at least one of the times the managers told the employee they couldn't be in the same room as Kylie and she didn't say anything. I think Kylie let's her managers play the "bad cop" so she doesn't look like the evil boss. But.... she's the evil boss. She even had her employees cleaning Timothee's nasty place. Eeeeeewwww

Maternal Instinct Photo Controversy Exposed

When you think the Maternal Instinct documentary can't get crazier - it does. As someone was watching the doc they realized one of the photos used was their 3 yr old daughter with her aunt... The aunt had posted it on her Instagram a while back. The photos are the exact same except the filter slapped on the one Netflix used. IMO both parties are in the wrong. Netflix needs to do better about copyright and privacy rights. Parents in general need to stop posting their kids online. Yes it sucks but damn.

Hearing Transcript for Showgirl Lawsuit

@existingtothrive posted the transcript of the preliminary injunction hearing in the Showgirl lawsuit.

Some of the highlights:

- The judge denied Taylor's exhibits of Maren's social media posts due to a paperwork error. The exhibits were over the page limit so it was stricken.

- Taylor's team says they will have a trademark for Life of a Showgirl secured in the coming months. No date as to when or any status on their trademark application

- Taylor didn't give a declaration or statement to plead her case. Instead, she had her business manager make a statement on her behalf speculating what free speech means to Taylor.

- Maren's team alleges the losses Taylor's team has described is one tenth of 1% of UMG's 2025 revenue

- Taylor's team alleges that Maren using the word "Era" was her attempting to affiliate herself with Taylor. Quote "I don't know if your honor follows Taylor Swift but "era" is a pretty big word to us."

Timestamps:

00:06 - Judge denied Taylor Swift's exhibits

01:26 - Maren Flagg's Argument

03:07 - Taylor Swift's Argument

05:56 - Maren Flagg's Rebuttal

Money hungry Colleen does it again

Colleen has upset parents after she partnered with Mini Brands to have her books in their mystery ball book series. The first page of each book is legible. Colleen's book "Without Merit" was one of the books included where the first page says "I was enjoying his hand on my b**b". An outcry of backlash forced Mini Brands to stop producing Colleen's books for the collection series and Target has pulled the collection from their shelves. Nothing has changed with money hungry Hoover. No surprise

Is loose skin inevitable?

For context- I'm 30 F working on losing 100 lbs that I gained and maintained for five years. I'm completely ashamed at myself for getting to this point and have been working on exercising daily, hydration, and healthy diet. What keeps stopping my consistency is my fear of what I'm going to look like after I lose the weight. I'm worried I'm going to need a full body reconstruction surgery for all the loose skin and need a boob job since I breastfed for 2 years. I'm still working on balancing my hormones since being completely done breastfeeding. How bad is the damage going to be after I hit my goal weight? Is loose skin inevitable?

I feel like both parties are in the wrong

MrBeast llc responded to the lawsuit brought against the company by the ex employee lorrayne mavromatis. It seems like there's more to the story regarding the employee working while in labor. The response from MrBeast camp is that the employee posted a photo on Instagram of her working while in labor captioning it in a positive light. What I find odd is this creator @existingtothrive checked Lorrayne's Instagram and saw that she deleted everything from 24-25. That strikes me as suspicious. To make matters worse, there are texts where other employees are reaching out to Lorrayne with questions during her maternity leave. But there's also texts of Lorrayne volunteering to go to the Brazil trip during her maternity leave. It's like she was wanting the credit for offering to work during her maternity leave while simultaneously wanting her employer to tell her not to work.

AITAH for not going to my brother's wedding?

Aitah for not going to my brother's wedding? For context; I found out at the rehearsal dinner that I'm the only sibling not apart of the wedding. My other siblings are part of the bridal party and none of them are closer to my brother's fiance and him than I am. Everyone kept it a secret until the rehearsal. To say I was humiliated would be an understatement. To make matters worse I got seated with my uncle that tried to *ape me as a teen. At this point I don't want to go somewhere I'm not welcome. So AITAH for not going? Or should I go and take it on the chin?

Full legal documents from Taylor's court filing response

I haven't seen any articles or posts on here with the actual legal documents of Taylor's response to the life of a showgirl lawsuit. I found this video that has the court documents and goes through Taylor's full response. After reading both sides arguments, I find a very hard time believing Maren stands a chance at winning this lawsuit. Maren is really going to have a tough time because Taylor plans to go after her now for wrongful use of Swift's IP

Kenz (@existingtothrive) found an article that discredits all of Blake's claims against Justin about her reputation being harmed. What happened during the aftermath of the premiere wasn't something new that Blake hasn't experienced before. Blake's entire career has been full of backlash almost every other year. Kenz breaks down Blake's past projects, many of which were cancelled before completion. Therefore she can't claim Justin harmed her businesses when she has a track record of failed businesses. Does anyone know how I can send this to Justin's team? Would they be able to use this in trial?
