Konjac noodles and never-ending assignments

blessed to not get tummy aches from the noodles

a lot ofsiracha, veggie bouillon, stevia, salt, and half a tbsp of hoisin sauce makes a very edible broth

desensitized gag reflex

I keep seeing, mostly on this sub but off reddit too, how a lot of people get to a point with bulimia where they can throw up without even using their fingers. i don't mean to glamorize it at all because i understand how that can make it so much more difficult to stop yourself, but ive had the opposite problem from 2021 (when i started purging) to now. I had never thrown up- not once, for any reason- until i started doing it intentionally, and it took a lot of effort too. now, i have issues including acid reflux, but it's never made it any easier for me to purge. idk if it's tmi, but >!my gag reflex is so weak that i have to put four fingers so deep that i get tooth marks past my knuckles for a prayer of getting anything up.!< it's honestly really rough, mainly because i scratch the back of my throat unbelievably often.

has anyone else here had this effect from consistent purging? obviously i still do it, even though it's difficult, and i dont consider this any better or worse than throwing up without having to gag urself, but is this not the norm?? idk i've never seen anyone mention it 😭

The b/p gods blessed (maybe cursed) me today

in the midst of the decision wether or not to b/p, just about to go over my cals for the day, i was pushed over the edge by my mother with a bag full to the brim with pastries and an empanada half the size of my head

NEED this shirt

I particularly love the boat-neckline and slightly flared sleeves, any dupe that doesn't have those is useless to me lmao

sorry to this woman for the slightly unflattering second photo lol

Suggestions for improvement?

I've often been told that I look better without makeup, but I really like to wear it. How can I improve, and what about it makes me look less or equally as attractive as I do without it? I often use liquid-based products as a base, because my skin gravitates towards dry, and I use powdered blush and setting powder.
First two pics are natural vs artificial lighting. Third pic is a different day, but I always have the same routine look. Last two pics are with no makeup.
